I'd like to hear your thoughts on which deity you'd like me to discuss in a separate video. Please let me know in the comments below. Just to let you know, we already have separate videos on our channel for Anubis, Horus, Bastet, Thoth, Hathor, and Ptah. Your suggestions are highly appreciated! Thank you!

Honestly....any and all. Perhaps some of the lesser known deities, that hardly anyone has heard of, that may have had a greater effect upon events than would be expected from their lesser deity status.... that would be interesting. Its such a ridiculously rich body of mythology, that could keep a content creator busy for an entire lifetime.

do you think there is even a 0.000001% chance that one day when islam and christianity collapse, that people in huge numbers could come back to ancient religions and again begin to workship ancient egyptian gods, and maybe even ancient greek gods? or do you think this will never happens?

This is there the Jews showed their intelligence, they invented the worship of one "true" god as a sort of consolidation, who wants to waste precious time worshipping 100+ gods when it's so much easier to just worship one God, this was the genius of the Jews, later Christians and Muslims copied this idea

You forgot Seshat (goddess of writing, wisdom and astronomy) daughter of Thoth. Still this is the best video on the Egyptian gods on YT. Instead of only talking about the ones that most already know: Ra, Horus, Osiris, Isis, Seth; and repeating their famous myth; you instead gave a great A to Z list of so many diverse gods and goddesses with a short but comprehensive description of who they are. I don't think any other video on YT mentions so many. Great job! Thank you for the good content!

Knowledge was never against any religion or Belief..
      General knowledge prevents ignorance ..
Knowledge would never Force you to adapt a certain belief ..
You have your own brains to lead it or control it ..

I learned that Sehkmet was the female equivalent of Ra of sun aspects. As she was often depicted with the mane of a male lion, representing the sun's rays.
Where as Ra was rhe positive aspects of the sun, growing crops and light, Sekmet was the negitive aspects, high temperatures and skin burns.
One thanked Ra, but cursed Sekmet. Ra got the credit, and Sekmet got the blame.

Y'all remember Apocalypto, the 2006 epic historical adventure film? It is a depiction of the sun-worship religion prevalent in Aztec Empire. Our star; the sun, was worshipped by them as well as by ancient civilizations throughout history. It usually involved gory human sacrifice. When the Aztecs sacrificed people to their deity Huitzilopochtli, the victim would be placed on a sacrificial stone. The priest would then cut through the abdomen with an obsidian or razor-sharp flint blade. The heart would be torn out by the roots still beating and held towards the sky in honor to the Sun-God. Spilling their blood on the temple altar, they then tossed the victims’ lifeless bodies down the steps of the towering Templo Mayor.
    .
The Aztecs believed that the sun god needed daily nourishment in the form of human blood and hearts and that they, as “people of the sun,” were required to provide Huitzilopochtli with his sustenance.
    .
Babylonians, Assyrians, Persians, and so on, were heavily involved in sun-worship too. Most notably the ancient Egyptians, who referred to the solar deity as Amon-Ra. The Roman Empire also worshipped the Persian sungod Mithra. In fact they dedicated the first day of the week after their celestial idol, and named it as "the venerable day of the sun", or Sun-day as it is still called today.
    .
Sunday actually made very little headway as a Christian day of rest until the time of Constantine in the fourth century. Constantine was emperor of Rome from AD 306 to 337. He was a sun worshiper during the first years of his reign. Later, he professed conversion to Christianity, but at heart remained a devotee of the sun. Edward Gibbon says, “The Sun was universally celebrated as the invincible guide and protector of Constantine.”
    .
Constantine created the earliest Sunday law known to history in AD 321. It says this:
"On the venerable Day of the sun let the magistrates and people residing in cities rest, and let all workshops be closed. In the country, however, persons engaged in agriculture may freely and lawfully continue their pursuits: because it often happens that another Day is not so suitable for grain sowing or for vine planting: lest by neglecting the proper moment for such operations the bounty of heaven should be lost."
    .
    Chamber’s Encyclopedia says this:
    .
Unquestionably the first law, either ecclesiastical or civil, by which the Sabbatical observance of that Day is known to have been ordained, is the edict of Constantine, 321 A.D.
    .
Following this initial legislation, both emperors and Popes in succeeding centuries added other laws to strengthen Sunday observance. What began as a pagan ordinance ended as a Christian regulation. Close on the heels of the Edict of Constantine followed the Catholic Church Council of Laodicea (circa 364 AD):
"Christians shall not Judaize and be idle on Saturday (Sabbath), but shall work on that Day: but the Lord’s Day, they shall especially honor; and as being Christians, shall, if possible, do no work on that day. If however, they are found Judaizing, they shall be shut out from Christ."
    .
Now guess what's on the pipeline as we speak. The Pope to Rabbis to Greta--are calling for a Sunday "Green Sabbath," forcing people to stay home in deference to Gaia. Now that people are used to perfect surveillance and enforced lockdowns, the stage is set for this truly Satanic inversion: worship of the creation, instead of the Creator, on a day chosen by the Catholic church.

I know all about my daddy culture ( he's American), and my mommy culture ( she was Japanese), I like to expand my knowledge. I like learning, it is a window into a view of others way of life. I love learning the different history, I often compare what I learned to things I see or read. Like attack on titan for example, I compare the war in the anime to the war and struggle of reality. It is enlightening what you can learn. Like armin from attack on titan, I tend to think that if we learn to understand each other, then we might be able to agree on thing's.

Man they were all either prophets or righteous women , like wifes of prophets, daughters of prophets, the blessed Jacob's family in general 💜✌🏻🕊️☝🏻🌷

It amazes me how the Egyptians rather have multiple gods than 2 believe in the the GOD I Am, the God of Abraham and King David; The GOD of all gods.

How funny would it be if Heh was a god of laughter and joy? 😂
Correct me if I’m wrong, but I heard that Bastet/Bast was also associated with medicines/perfume (I forgot which it was) and/or protection as well. I’ve heard that Petbe was also a god of revenge, but I could be wrong. There’s not much info about him.
Dang that’s a lotta fertility gods, but I get it if they were created based on locations.
I feel a level of strength and unfiltered power and rage when I think of Sekhmet. Who would have thought that red wine disguised as blood would be enough to settle her down.

Amazing video. As someone who has mostly been occupied with greek mythology, i learned so much here.
But I wonder, why were there so many gods of fertility 🤔😮

The Gods now of days live within the City of The Gods beyond our world. After the mystic wars all gods moved to the City of The Gods for safety from humanity.

Renenet, really the same as Celtic Math or Bran (The Blessed)... An allegory is a beautiful crop in farming, right before harvest season.
Here is a number of Renenet- useing Base 11, add the reciprocals of 1, 12, 123, 1234, 12345, 123456, 1234567, 12345678, 123456789, 123456789A ( A meaning 10 in Base 11), then add a 9, 8, 7, 6, etc.... after 1 is reached start going back up again, all the way to 10, then back and on and on so forth. Actually, one cannot have more than 77 digits in any number- the Reality or Universe Master, Hadit created things that the largest number is Tesipipo, 10 raised to the 77th power; and no number can be less than its reciprocal, Xifr. This explains why so many mathematicians were damned. Base 11 is especially good for Irish Rezefede, 19 for German, 26 and 36 for Scottish Celtic.
