    No matter the life challenges we are in, special child, terminal illness, bankruptcy, or something else, we always feel kind of ashamed for being at the bottom. That sense of shame is completely irrational, but it’s there. In this video, I answer a question from my email box: How to handle the shame?

    Why do I make these videos? Our daughter Joana was born with brain damage and an unknown diagnose. In November 2020, she continued her journey, and she is not physically with us anymore. In our story, you can see how I felt initially and how I feel changed over time.
    I am living proof that any difficult life challenge can be overcome. My mission and purpose are to uplift and encourage other people to break free from feeling negative emotions and living the life they deserve. I told our story in 13 Chapters on this channel. See the links below
