But I believe I've found it, and more importantly why Smash Bros. is Nintendo's greatest franchise.

I think Master Chief is a hard to include character because you always play Halo games in first person, to see him do an u-air would be off-putting for fans if not done perfectly. If he had just a ton of guns he would effectively be an alternative to Mega Man. Some of his weapons could be really cool. I think the fuel rod cannon(small deadly projectiles) would be a dope b-air(turns around).
If they were able to include Spartan 458 in Dead or Alive 4, they’d be able to include Chief in Smash. I think the biggest obstacle to his inclusion is his status as a Microsoft character.
Nintendo's one of the only companies that actually cares about their video game.
Right? You can really tell as well as you don't see them milking the same games year in year out with microtransactions in every game. Everything is polished as well.
@@KetaFPV I know right? 10 years ago it was rare to find a game on Xbox or Playstation with microtransactions. Now it's backwards.
I feel like Nintendo actually cares about the quality and satisfaction of the playerbase, which makes them truly special in the gaming industry. That's actually one of the reasons why Nintendo is my favourite game developer.

Even though I too would like to see Waluigi in Smash as a playable character, having them relegated to an assist trophy is kind of oddly fitting for their character. Considering how Waluigi always seems to get shafted in one way or another, never getting the spotlight for themselves for the most part. Hell it's too a point where Waluigi himself feels everyone else is cheating but him (though when he does actually win, he becomes a boisterous braggart).
But still, it would be both funny and amazing to see Waluigi as an echo fighter to Wario at some point. Will it ever happen? probably not unless mods come to Smash Ultimate, but it's still something that would be interesting.
I like how just because 3 internet trolls harassed Sakurai, that they apparently represent the entire Waluigi fanbase. I'm not referring to this comment when I say this, but I'm seriously sick of people painting Waluigi fans as ungrateful assholes that harassed Sakurai, and all because of 3 people. Do furries represent the entire Sonic fanbase? No.

mysterious mr.L DoomGuy is the most likely third party character to be included into Smash Bros Ultimate as one of the mystery fighter that will come with the fighters pass.
I'd rather have something like say quote from cave story given cave storys had a large presence on nintendo since it started getting remade more than skyrim and the original freeware version is the main reason for indie games as we know them. Not to mention his moveset would be nice. On top of that the freeware version was made by a japanese man and smash seems to favor Japanese made characters

I never played a Smash Bros. game until I tried it out at my brothers house on his birthday just a couple days ago, and after having only played it for about an hour, I can definitely say Smash Bros. is something truly special. I suck at the game, but I definitely can't wait to play it again whenever I visit my brother again or whenever I get my own copy of the game and my own Nintendo Switch. This is how you sell games!

Smash is truly a bonding experience whether it be siblings,friends, parents whatever. Been stuck on PS for the last 2 gens and now my brother and I haven't played any game together since Brawl smh

Not really cuz I guess you can make guns look friendly. Bayonetta is confident and lady-like so they focus that more on her, while Snake is serious yet comical but both them are more based on their personality rather than their games. Characters like Subzero have that graphic attack (I didnt play MK) and he has an extremely violent nature and DoomGuy has the gun called the BFG and how you gonna explain kids and parents that?

I distinctly remember playing Brawl at friend's houses growing up, and even though I've never played any other Nintendo game, I love the characters simply from playing them in Smash.
Link is my favorite character. I loved the legend of Zelda games and I love how mobile, agile and versatile his kit is.

Project m, smash 64, and melee are the best and will always be because they actually have combos while brawl, sm4sh, and ultimate dont have advanced movement mechanics, easy to learn combos, and all characters are super floaty
@@spyrosoilder5740 have you ever thought HMMM could it be that a 2 dimensional platform fighter was not created with advanced movement mechanics in mind.
I will just put it like this there is a reason why brawl was so "mechanically dull" compared to melee.
Its "brakes" so many characters moves I mean the only reason shine is so INFAMOUS in the smash community is due to the fact that you can cancel it into jump and thus into a wave dash or a wave land ect.
dont even get me started on the JANK some other characters are able to pull.

I think the biggest flaw with those games is a lack of polish there is just to many TINY holes in the way they were implemented
for example marths grab range or MR game and watch just as a character I think you get the idea.

Act Man, thank you for this video. I'm glad you voiced your opinions! I love Melee, and it is still my favorite (but Ultimate may change that). Don't worry about the haters. It's okay if Melee isn't your favorite. What are your thoughts on Smash mods? Brawl has two popular mods (Project M and Brawl-) with other mods. Just wanting to know your opinion (or if you ever even played them). Brawl is my least favorite, but the Subspace Emissary and the ability to mod it make it so much better in my eyes.
Also, when you were talking about the unknown characters in Smash, I thought exactly the same about Ness, Ice Climbers, Roy, and Marth. Not only in essence that Fire Emblem started getting Western releases just because of the interest gained from Melee, I'm pretty sure it WAS the reason we have the Fire Emblem series in the West. Wanted to know your opinion about Joker from Persona coming in. I have no idea who he is other than being a Persona character. Never played the Persona series.

Smash introduced me to so many franchises when I used to play melee, then when brawl and smash 4 introduced me to even more franchises I love smash so much, I grew up with it, every time a new character gets announced I get super hyped. My most wanted character for ultimate’s dlc is sora right now.
Crept brawl was trash! They even said they tried to to skill out of the game as much as possible. They wanted movies to be able to beat experienced players. Which always makes for a terrible game. Not saying they completely succeeded in their goal but they put some straight garbage in that game

Brawl was absolute trash. I love smash. Even emailed Nintendo with the idea for smash before it was a thing. Not saying I’m responsible at all for the idea (but I could be). But Brawl was absolute garbage. Tripping and all they dumbed it down way too much from melee.

Like I said I was a smash fanboy until brawl. After that I saw they lost what made the series great and I wasn’t alone. Hardcore smash players continued and still to this day play melee over brawl.

I hate fighting games, I don't usually see a reason to buy nintendo consoles, and I suck at Smash Bros. But, I have never had a bad time playing it! As soon as I heard of Smash Bros Ultimate I immediately bought a Switch. I still suck at it but have the time of my life still! The game is so fun and refreshing!

Thing is, the Chief has nothing to do with Nintendo and will make Nintendo no money. At least Snake appeared in multiples games on Nintendo consoles (and one of the games came out after his appearance in brawl).

Act man, I know you don’t make 2k videos but yesterday a pink diamond LeBron locker code, 96 overall, was leaked and everyone who put it in got him. People even spent a 100,000 mt on him (in game currency earned by extreme grinding) and then 2k stole that player from everyones account. They pulled a move that would make ea jealous so can you make a video about it, considering how big your channel is and how in my opinion it is worse than the loot box situation as 2k is literally stealing from you if you put badges or a diamond contract or shoe. This is beyond the loot boxes and is in a way theft. So since you have a big voice can you make a video about it to spread the word? Thanks :)!

Lucario and Meta Knight are my favourite Smash characters! Bowser and Pikachu are cute to play too! I'm not very good at the games and haven't had the chance to play them much but I was excited seeing them in the new one as I really enjoy playing them!
Not gonna lie, I've have little to no interest is Smash. Probably because I don't feel any nostalgia for a single character. But, I can see the appeal and I've thought to myself a pretty good amount of times... What if they had Master Chief, Arbiter, Johnson, or halo characters in general. I doubt it would happen but if they did. I'll definitely give it a good shot. I've never had an appeal of most Nintendo characters. Probably because my childhood games weren't exactly kid friendly. Halo, call of duty, midnight club 3, Riddick, black, wacked, handful of star wars games, crimson skies, and dead or alive. I had mostly M and T rated. I loved Thrillville and fusion frenzy but those are the only E rated games I have memories of. And its not like I didn't have any Nintendo games. I still have mad respect for Smash though.

Man, I wish I was able to get into Smash, but I haven’t cared about one since the N64. Granted, I don’t play fighting games because I’m not good at them and I don’t have any friends for multiplayer, but still. I’m like the one guy that doesn’t get hyped for these games. Pretty sure that makes me broken lol
I only ever played the first one a little bit with a emulator at a friends house and have almost no connection to any of Nintendos franchises never had any of their consoles as a kid and have never cared enough to emulate any of their game but i still find enjoyment with smash releases cause i can appreciate the effort the devs put into these games and its nice to see the fans enjoyment of them
You should give Smash Ultimate a try. It’s the best one in the series by far
I highly recommend Brawl if you don't have anyone to play with.

Samus is my favorite character in Smash. She was the only character I really knew about or was familiar with when I first got into Melee and she's been my main ever since.
It would be really cool to see a LEGO character in Smash, specifically Pepper Roni, but I don't ever see that happening.
