Many men have difficulty admitting when something is happening with their health or body and going to the doctor. We can fix a lot that is going wrong if it's caught early, but the key is not to stick your head in the sand. Our bodies give us warning signs they shouldn't ignore, but you must go to your doctor and get a physical yearly to know your numbers and get benchmarks. If you don't have a history, it's hard to determine if some things are out of whack or have escalated. Here are some warning signs your body's out of whack:
Body fat over 20%. If your body fat is over 20%, you're not in good shape, and as your body fat climbs, your risk for diseases will climb.
Unable to run a mile. If you feel like you'll pass out or huff-and-puff when running a mile or you can't run a mile, you must get into better shape for your heart and lungs.
Being constantly tired. I'm not talking about when you didn't sleep enough the night before and are sluggish. I'm talking about being generally tired and not having energy. This is a sign that something is not right.
Difficulty sleeping. If you're not sleeping 7 to 8 hours at night, there's a problem.
Eye discolorations. You may have liver issues or allergies if your eyes are yellow or red or have dark circles. You could also have high blood pressure.
Inflamed or bleeding gums. You need to get that checked out. Also, if your breath is bad. Bad breath could be a sign of something more serious.
    Reflux. Heartburn is not normal.
Abnormal nails. If your nails are pitted, cracked, brittle, thick, yellow, or discolored, you may have a deficiency that needs attention. Also, if you have fungus, it needs to be excommunicated.
Hair fall. This needs to be addressed because you could have testosterone or vitamin issues. You can do something about it through Bosley Rx.
Big Al issues. (a) If you can't get it hard or if it's just so soft, something's wrong. Also, if you're not interested, that's an issue. (b) When you shoot, the volume being low could indicate something is wrong. (c) If your balls have gotten smaller or don't feel as thick, this could be a sign of testosterone dropping.
Weight changes. If you're gaining body fat, this is a sign that something's going on. Also, if you're losing weight, this is also a sign that something is not right.
Digestive tract issues. (a) Gas, bloating, and belching are not normal. This could be a sign gut health is off. (b) Not dropping regularly or having liquidy, bloody, or black deuces is not normal.

One of the most frustrating things too is just how unhealthy food is here in the U.S. It's literally makes me feel like no matter what I'm gunna end up with some cancer at some point. And to top it all off, Healthcare is insanely expensive here. 😮‍💨

    • @FearGod101

It’s probably because most U.S company for food and products for the body has chemical and it’s bad for the body and it can create cancer in ur body. Plus some water has chemical as well that still give you cancer. If the product or food ain’t natural then it’s bad.

Such an important video. Bravo Aaron! I am 29yr old and recently I had a lump in my neck. I could have easily neglected and think it’s nothing. After searching with doctors (and please, take diagnosis from at least 2 doctors if you can - because my first one misdiagnosed me) I found that I had papillary thyroid cancer. So please, don’t neglect your health. Just because you are young and you have low probabilities of something bad (like they told me) you need to make sure it’s fine

Especially if you live in a town far away from a university. Here in Michigan if you live any distance from Detroit or Ann Arbor your quality of care goes down the farther away you live. Grand Rapids is a slight improvement and then it goes down quickly again once you go to surrounding counties. Traverse city is reputed to be ok.

You are an incredible alpha. I agree 110% with what you said in this video. Prevention is Key. Discipline, small goals, and education on fuel (food) for our body. In today's age it's at everyone's fingertips, no excuses. Either you pay the farmer or you will pay the doctor (treatments, meds) but someone is getting Paid. I prefer to pay the farmer. If an ex-junk food junkie/Sugar addict turns his life around and eliminates all that garbage and puts makes his health a Priority and chooses to live a healthy lifestyle, loses fat, goes from waist 46 to 34 anyone can.

I’m a 41 yo musician in a tribute band from CA that travels all over the country. I did a gig in northernmost corner of NY/VT border, and 1/2 way to my hotel after landing, I pass out & had blood gushing out the “back door”. I’m rushed to hospital where I find out I had Diverticulitis + 3 cancerous polyps. Elderly people usually get this condition but it does happen to people my age. Basically a rupture in the lining of my colon occurred after years of my waste being hardened & stretching the lining. A mostly meat diet will do this. Had it not been for this incident, I wouldn’t have discovered the polyps. I also lost a friend a few months prior who died at 41 from colon cancer & he left a family of 4. Going to doctor for little stuff should be normalized because it could save your life. I learned the hard way.

I have been losing weight for months now. I’m making great progress I’d say! I used to 281 pounds and am now 256 pounds currently. The results came purely through diet and exercise.
The main question that still pertains is that since I’m still at such a high body fat percentage though, should I focus on losing 2 pounds per week instead of one pound per week in my case?

BUT the thing i can’t stress enough is ARE YOU Saved By THE BLOOD OF JESUS!! Yes your health does matter BUT nothing else matters if you don’t know Jesus. You could literally get killed by a bus or train being in perfect health. Do you really want to Stand Before GOD on Judgement Day with your sins still with you!! And JESUS will say “Go Away I Never Knew You Depart From me!! That’s the Most SCARIEST THING PERIOD!! Accept JESUS Today and You’ll Be Saved💯✝️

Be careful with the mental health medication if you ever want to join a branch of the military. In most cases you will need to be off your medication for at least 2 years before you can even be considered. And, for certain conditions you will be blacklisted for life. It seems that the military wants to get people young before they realize and discover normal and common health issues. The older you get, and the more you have written down on paper, the more someone can use against you for a job opportunity, especially in the military.

All the fashion, style, fragrances, clothes, shoes, whatever won't amount to anything if you're DEAD!
All you will leave is a well dressed corpse in a box.
Aaron, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE put this video on replay every year as a reminder to us to get checked over.
Watching my Grandfather slowly die from lung cancer and my own Father die from bowel cancer that turned necrotic, spread and started eating away at his face were two of the most horrific events of my life.
It woke me the hell up to start making some changes, put the "tough guy" attitude aside and get checked over.
We will all go sometime, that's a fact.
But a little effort can stall the inevitable as long as possible.

Finasteride can give a false negative reading on a PSA test. You should have mentioned that in this video since you're promoting Bosley medication and telling people to get PSA tests. It's hypocritical or ignorant if you didn't know that or do some research and just take sponsorship money without know about certain aspects of medication.

Not saying that you are wrong in this video. But sometimes even someone who has the most healthiest of lifestyle isn’t immune to health risks. They can still happen without them knowing about that.

@AllanRochez that's nothing to laugh at. My mother had a lump in her left breast, she didn't go to the doctor, she just prayed about it every day and eventually the lump went away.

regular water fasting can be dangerous. Can cause gallstones, but something like intermittent fasting is not bad, eating within 6 hour windows like 2 times per day really does wonders if u need to lose weight. Also cutting out all drinks except water/tea/coffee

It makes no sense to you why someone wouldn't get a colonoscopy? How about the fact that insurance won't cover anything until you're 50 years old. Our medical system is a disaster. People would get a lot more check ups if we could actually afford it.

Even after 50 if you’ve had polyps removed then any colonoscopy after that is diagnostic. Not covered as a free every 5 year colonoscopy anymore. Very expensive
