My mousse recipe use a mix of homemade whipped cream, Mixed with macerated and blended strawberries, sugar, lemon, a few beaten egg whites (a light merengue), and a packet of gelatin for stabilization and texture. This recipe in video is very different from what I make, which makes it a good reason to try it!
Cook the mixture of strawberries, sugar, and corn starch for few minutes till creamy. Let cool down, mix with whip cream and you'll get strawberry mousse.
