Also when you wear it all to one side it feels heavier than when worn all to the back. It’s not heavy when pushed to the back. No, I would not recommend because they’re soft braids and I slightly flat ironed my hair before installing. Also they would be too heavy to swim with once wet because of the length. And the synthetic wispy pieces will mat up and tangle 💙
