My favorite part of this is John sang it as him covering DragonForce. He's not trying to sound like them he's adding his style to a power metal classic. Other versions are people trying to sound like DragonForce and it usually just sounds like a shittier version of the original.

Practice. Like tons of practice. Pronunciation. The thing that has helped me is slowly pronunciating the words I’m trying to sing or scream. I did it slow and precise before trying to sing or scream them faster. Over time you get better. You just have to open your mouth more.

What I like about this cover is that Jonathan's voice is lower and smoother than the original recording-and many other "vocals" covers-giving the listener some contrast between the vocals and the high register of Richaad's shredding.

What I like about this cover is that Jonathan's voice is lower and smoother than the original recording-and many other "vocals" covers-giving the listener some contrast between the vocals and the high register of Richaad's shredding.
