Free Spirit - San Jose Taiko | 2019 San Jose Obon

San Jose Taiko performs the song, "Free Spirit," written by Roy Hirabayashi. This piece features four drummers playing together (in this arrangement, 4 pairs of drummers), against each other, and as soloists. A simple base rhythm moves the piece through variations of the main theme as interpreted by the individual players.
