Defense Mechanisms makes a counterweight similar in design to the TNVC but with a retention system like the Ferro where you can attach them to the rear side rail bolts. I got their counterweight battery pouch and then just ordered a PVS-31 battery one because now I’m switching to binos.
Ferro currently has no plans to make an ANVIS/LPBP-GO compatible pouch. They said, today, that the current version would fit other battery packs... I still think that a more well thought out plate portion would allow for better use for both battery packs, but we will see where they go with it.
I use the LPBP-GO on the PVS 31 system and it's amazing. It was a very tight fit to be sure but no indication of any blowouts or anything, and the retention is second to none. I like how much more low profile and slimlined it is than the TNVC mohawk which I also own. As you said, personal preference plays a big role.
Both systems are awesome it really does come down to personal preference like you said. It’s what works best for the individual and how they want or need to configure the system for their applicstion
It is in my opinion the singular best option that I have come across, especially when used in tandem with the kinetic consulting NERD for night vision retention because you can tie off the NERD to it and no longer have to worry about all the retention just coming from a strip of velcro. Damn I can't believe it's been 2 years. @@Jdeez19
Yes but you’ll have to use the bolt attachments for the bungees to pass through. Unless you add and attachment to the rail system. Whether you use a google knob or I’ve see a loop attachment that sits internal to the rails. Pretty interesting little tip I learned from an airsofter. I’ll see if I can find the part and link the website in a future comment.

This is unfortunate hopefully they will in the future at some point

Any update on how this worked out for you? Thinking about running the LPBP go on the ferro retention

I've got one on the way, gonna give it a try with the Adams industries AGWBP & common LPBP for ANVIS. The comments make it sound promising.
Heck yeah I’d love to hear what you think
@@LegionPreparedness copy that sir, I'll let you know.
Hey do you have any updates? I'm also interested in using the Ferro pouch for my USGI ANVIS battery pack.
@@tfwwhennofitlitgf3300 yes sir, sorry figured no one was interested.
ANVIS 6/9 battery packs & AI ruggedized battery packs also work flawlessly..
I like the Ferro Concepts one. I just wish it has some loops to shock cord the IR beacon.
I typically use kevlar cord or 225 cord and just tie around the becon portion
$14,000 really tears the ass out of a comments section.
Hahahaha oh yeah ! Night vision is definitely a luxury item in the tactical world.
I’ve been seeing some people use 10 round pmags as a counter weight, can a 10 round pmag fit in either, or more specifically the ferro?
I wouldn’t doubt it would fit you could probably fit a 20 rounder
Can U Put the Ferro concept on a Team wendy too?
