Read somewhere that the band wanted to ride into the sunset after Proper Dose but decided to continue when Parker found something to write about after losing his father, and if this is their final one, the boys are leaving with a bang. This album is absolutely beautiful and this song especially stood out for me.

This will go down as one of TSSF's greatest songs.
My mom lost her father at a young age and still goes through it every day. Sent her this album. These guys have always had the ability to detail feelings through song writing in such a unique way. Needless to say, we got a new TSSF fan.
Same with me. My mom lost her dad in December. I never cried from loss until he passed.

The lyrics are pretty hits me hard as a guy who lost his father in 2009. Also this song is so blink coded especially the interlude, when I close my eyes, i thought Mark do the bass line and layering the vocals after it. No skip album of the year!
A lot of us grew up at the same time the boys did.. we’re all about the same age. I feel like they were writing about what I was going through back then, and now this? My dad died last year too and this is the only song I’ve ever found that felt like it matched how I feel and how I felt. Another amazing album, guys. ❤
