Italians have more foods than pizza, pasta, and cheese. Lol. Your missing fish, fruits, veggies, etc. It's the Mediterranean diet, and it can be really healthy. And a lot of White American foods originated in Europe. So they brought a lot of those over here. Like, some sausages are German. And it's been debated, but hamburger could possibly be from Germany too (Hamburg).

Trust and believe my family I was raised in Florida and grew up on all greens collard, turnip, and mustard greens and we used all kinds seasoning I’m thankful and cornbread pork chops, chicken , bacon, an cabbage and Mac and cheese and never had a raisin in no potato salad 😂 and I don’t do no casserole accept on thanksgiving green bean casserole 😂
