When I discovered that two certain items in my budget would constantly rise and never fall, I started my dividend quest. Insurance and taxes were the two costs. The sharp increase in both will require some additional revenue, I realised. I therefore began purchasing dividend-paying stocks. I now realise that this is the course of action I must follow to ensure that those two costs do not exceed my future earnings.

Its worse here, our economy is like a flailing fish, fighting for its life. The normal state of the U.S. economy is actually very bad. Because of this it goes into convulsive spasms fighting to grow any way it can out of desperation. Tricks, gimmicks, rule changes try to stimulate the economy and prevent it from falling but they only bring temporary relief to people since, when you factor in inflation we are declining.
Inflation is gradually going to become part of us and due to that fact any money you keep in cash or in a low-interest account declines in value each year. Investing is the only way to make your money grow and unless you have an exceptionally high income, investing is the only way most people will ever have enough money to retire.

Yeah, brokerage AdvisoRs could make a lot of difference. Bloomberg and other finance media have been recording cases of investors raking in 6 to 7 digits in a space of months. So, I think there are a lot of wealth transfer in this downtime if you know where to look. I have been using an FA since 2020, and the least I returned was $140k ROI, and this does not include capital gain.

In recent years, a significant portion of the stock market returns have been driven by just a handful of companies that have come to be known as the “Magnificent 7” (AAPL, MSFT, NVDA, GOOGL, AMZN, META, TSLA) Which of these stocks do you consider the 'healthiest' in terms of profit and risk? I have about 300k ready money to invest for my eventual retirement.

I've seen some real success in markets, but I've also learned some valuable lessons along the way. For anyone just starting out, especially newcomers, it's crucial to really understand the market before jumping in. Trading can bring a lot more potential than just holding, but it took me over two years to realize that relying solely on chart predictions isn’t always the best route. What truly shifted my approach was getting personalized guidance from Ryan Brooks his insights made everything so much clearer.
I always preach, stop trading by yourself, especially if you're a newbie. find a mentor or community that will help you learn TA and risk management, then start trading.

@@jefflewonczyk Honestly a lot of investors don"t understand the potentials and benefits of trading, they think the only way to make profits is just by holding.
I bought my first etf stock yesterday! Question: how can I find weekly dividend payout stocks? I’ve googled, chat gpt’d, and UA-cam’d it but can’t get no solid info anywhere. My strategy is to build up my weekly payout to get me at least $100 a week. Let that ride for about a year as I build other portfolios. Then use dividends to buy other stocks. What are your pros and cons on weekly dividend payouts Awesome content btw 💯 got a sub here 🤙🏽
Hi Chris, I found this to be excellent information for new "older" investors. I own VTSAX but VOO looks great also. Thanks for all the info you provide. Slow and steady wins the race!
Based on my 3-4 years of experience with dividend investing, my best advice is to adopt a long-term mindset. While dividends offer attractive income, their true potential lies in the remarkable compounding effect that unfolds over time. With a $350,000 portfolio, I'm now seeking to optimize its performance by adding high-potential companies. I'd love to hear your ideas and insights
Many people underestimate the value of financial advisors until they've suffered losses due to emotional decision-making. I learned this lesson the hard way after my divorce a few summers ago. To keep my business afloat, I sought out a licensed advisor with exceptional credentials. Thankfully, I found an expert who has been instrumental in growing my reserves despite inflationary pressures, increasing my wealth from $275,000 to $850,000. Her guidance has been invaluable, and I now recognize the importance of seeking professional advice to navigate complex financial situations.

What are the best strategies to protect my portfolio? I've heard that a downturn will devastate the financial market, so I'm concerned about my $200k stock portfolio.
Since risk is at an all-time high right now, perhaps you should be more patient and return when it has decreased. Alternatively, you can consult a trained financial expert for strategy.
@@HardikKaufeld I agree. Based on personal experience working with an investment advisor, I currently have $480k in a well-diversified portfolio that has experienced exponential growth. I'm approaching retirement and having a financial advisor has been helpful. I started investing later than most, so relying on compound interest from Etf's or bonds alone wasn’t enough for me. Despite that, I’ve managed to do well and am on track to retire with around $2 million

In light of the global crisis, rising inflation, and economic instability caused by inadequate governance, stocks, ETFs, Mutual funds, and REITs, assets can serve as a viable path to achieving financial independence

Rising prices have affected my intention of retiring at 62, working part-time, and building my savings. I'm worried about whether individuals who weathered the 2008 financial crisis found it less challenging than my current situation. The stock market's volatility, coupled with a reduced income, is making me anxious about having enough for retirement.
More and more people might face a tough time in retirement. Low-paying jobs, inflation, and high rents make it hard to save. Now, middle-class Americans find it tough to own a home too, leaving them without a place to retire.

I've been invested in CLM for about a year and up 25% with it dripping at the NAV on etrade....I haven't found a downside to CEFs yet but it's been pretty bullish lately...is there a reason you never cover them? Anyway love your stuff, coach and been watching you for years and you've truly been killing and it's taken all these years to finally see the ebb and flow you talk about. It's so hard to see it in the beginning wish I had the faith to wait it thru like you recommend in some stocks back then...so hard to hold when it gets so bloody
If you are investing for the long term you buy when you have money. In 20 years it won’t matter if you bought SCHD at $20 or $25. Most of the time when you “wait” for a pull back to a certain point it never pulls back that far and you are missing out on dividends and compounding interest!
The S&P500 outperformed all of them this year and the little bit of dividend one would receive from these stocks isn't enough to make up for loss not being in the s&p.
I came to the seminar in Merrillville and have been watching your videos with my 17yr son. I want to invest in ETF’s because I don’t understand the other things yet. If you had $8,000 is VTI a good one. Can it be done through Robinhood or is it best to go through Vanguard?
Yo appreciate the game you give us everyday. I had my eyes on JEPI, MO, and SCHD. Im mostly trading options though and invested in crypto. Hopefully I get the payout Im aiming for and now I have a better idea on how to build my portfolios. Roth IRA, Growth, Dividend, Crypto, and options.
How do you feel about Covered call ETFs? I don't have the experience to sell SCHD myself. But I hope the ETF management does. I just really want to know more about these things before investing, only if someone can put me through.

I just looked her up on the web and I would say she really has an impressive background in investing. I will write her an email shortly.
That's why we need to vote trump.
With Abel Dorsey, the sky's not the limit - it's just the beginning! 🌌
I just want to say that I love you brother. Thank you for everything. I will meet you in the discord

Investors, keep an eye on Abel Dorsey. Something big might be brewing!
Recently bought some recommended stocks and now they are just penny stocks. My concern is how can the rapid interest-rate hike be of favor to a value investor, or is it better avoiding stocks for a while?
Buying a stock is easy, but buying the right stock without a time-tested strategy is incredibly hard. that's why seeking expert advice is essential.
Could you kindly elaborate on the advisor's background and qualifications?
I don't know if I am permitted to go into details here, but mine is Jenienne Miniter Fagan and you could also look her up though I'm not so sure she's taking on new people atm.
You want to be in the mrkt more so now than ever before
I just joined the money team! Ready to start my journey!

I've been watching, gathering tools, cross-referencing information here with what can be observed in the market, and studying.... This is the REAL THING!
Thank YOU; already, without yet signing on to The Money Team, I have gained technical knowledge and wisdom!
Priceless information provided at no-cost. Thank you, Coach!
I'm on board!
Yes!!! Coach listening!!! Red days are becoming my favorite days!!!❤❤
If you don’t understand the markets then stick to an index like the sp500. Dollar cost average and hold long term, or better still consider financial advisory
@arlenehill4ril very encouraging for folks starting out like myself, could you be kind enough with details of your advisor please?
@arlenehill4ril thanks for sharing, I must say Karen appears to be quite knowledgeable.. just inputted her full name on the web and at once came across her consulting page, no bs!
Chris please do a dividends video on QQQI & SPYI. Folks are sleeping on these two+
Very nice. I looked at my SCHD and I'm sitting at a +14%
Abel Dorsey will blow up at any moment 😥
Abel Dorsey is the embodiment of crypto euphoria! 🌟
Truly love your candidness, I DCAed today again for BTC Abel Dorsey and ETH

thanks for putting this out, curiously inputted Sophia Haney on the internet, spotted her consulting page no sweat, and was able to schedule a session ... she actually shows a great deal of expertise from her resumé
I love the VOO, I buy every Friday and when I see a big dip on the 4-HR chart I buy heavier that's my strategy.
I’m making around 14k weekly with barely any trading 😂. It’s not a huge amount, but it definitely takes the edge off financial stress. It really shows that with the right strategy, great results are achievable!
@@jefflewonczyk Honestly a lot of investors don"t understand the potentials and benefits of trading, they think the only way to make profits is just by holding.
@RyanBrooksFA :That's his Handle!
He´s mostly on telgrams with the user above..
Already got MO and MAIN right on bro✊️✊️✊️

First time seeing your content and instantly subscribed great 👍 info
I bought my first etf stock yesterday!
Question: how can I find weekly dividend payout stocks?
I’ve googled, chat gpt’d, and UA-cam’d it but can’t get no solid info anywhere.
My strategy is to build up my weekly payout to get me at least $100 a week. Let that ride for about a year as I build other portfolios. Then use dividends to buy other stocks.
What are your pros and cons on weekly dividend payouts
Awesome content btw 💯 got a sub here 🤙🏽
CSWC has been the pick for me, been in this for close to 2 years now.
Great dividend AND stock appreciation 🙏🏿
Impressive gains! How can I get your advisor please, if you don't mind me asking? I could really use a help as of now.

Thank you for the lead. I searched her up, and I have sent her a message. I hope she gets back to me soon.
Can you do a video on Taxes and Capital Gains? Best strategies or ideas to lower tax bill with some type of structure. Thank you Chris!
How do we know and see the dips??
What are the best strategies to protect my portfolio? I've heard that a downturn will devastate the financial market, so I'm concerned about my $200k stock portfolio.
Since risk is at an all-time high right now, perhaps you should be more patient and return when it has decreased. Alternatively, you can consult a trained financial expert for strategy.
@@HardikKaufeld I agree. Based on personal experience working with an investment advisor, I currently have $480k in a well-diversified portfolio that has experienced exponential growth. It's not only about having money to invest in stocks; you also need to be knowledgeable, persistent and have strong hands to back it up.
@@MattheoPuiu Mind if I ask you to recommend this particular coach you using their service? Seems you've figured it all out.
@@VidovicKuball There are many independent advisors to choose from. But I work with MARGARET MOLLI ALVEY and we've been working together for almost four years and she's fantastic. You could pursue her if she meets your requirements. I agree with her.
@@MattheoPuiu Thank you for this Pointer. It was easy to find your handler, She seems very proficient and flexible.
My concern is whether I can continue to sustain my standard of living with $550k and avoid outliving my savings. Every withdrawal makes me a bit unsettled
I'm approaching retirement and having a financial advisor has been helpful. I started investing later than most, so relying on compound interest from Etf's or bonds alone wasn’t enough for me. Despite that, I’ve managed to do well and am on track to retire with around $2 million
@@MichaelGabreil I'm currently evaluating my portfolio and could use some guidance. How can I get in touch with your advisor?
@@ClemonSteve I usually avoid making specific recommendations because everyone's situation is unique. However, my experience with Julie Ann Lerch has been quite positive. You might find it worthwhile to see if her approach fits your needs
@@MichaelGabreil I looked for the name online and found her page.I will get in touch with her,Thanks for the help
I emailed and made inquiries. Thanks for the help
Makes lot of sense, especially if you are a passive, conservative investor
I love O because it pays monthly
Did you have TSLY? What do you think about this one thank you
I’ve got a few of my divs from you! Main, VZ, & CSWC. I also picked up STWD, & GSBD, last but not least I have AVGO. I’ve had them since they had a $50 dividend called AVGOP, then the shares I had went to AVGO and had them since 2020 I think? I’m up 155% in avgo and my avg is $67.22 after split! Actually, I’m up in all of my divy plays. I love your work and keep up the good work. Blessings! 🙏🏽😇
JEPQ has been doing great!
Do you feel that spyi is a good dividend stock? Pays monthly. Or do you recommend something else
New to the stock market world. Recently joined Robinhood and on my investment journey. Just subscribed to your channel and I'm binge watching your videos. Thank you for all of your valuable information and help along the way. You're goated!
Impressive video coverage ith trading, technical analysis skills alone are not enough; discipline and emotional maturity are also crucial for success. The saying "time in the market vs. timing the market" is a good mindset to have during market fluctuations. Thanks to Eugenia Eiland’s insights, daily trade signals, and my dedication to learning, I've been increasing my daily earnings. Keep it up!
I’ve just looked up her full name on my browser and found her webpage without sweat, very much appreciate this
Diversifying has proven to be an incredibly beneficial decision. My cryptocurrency profits continue to play a substantial role in growing my overall wealth, reducing my reliance on my salary
The technical analysis expert I admire the most. Her risk management tactics truly deliver results. I used to be a holder, But the panic of a market crash made me go into trading, And now i make my profits steadily with her daily signals..
Investing has proven to be an incredibly beneficial decision. My cryptocurrency profits continue to play a substantial role in growing my overall wealth, reducing my reliance on my salary.
Personally i Think the pandemic has taught people the importance of multiple streams of income, unfortunately having a job doesn't mean security rather having different investments is the real deal.
i have 5 shares with SPHY but ive been thiking about buying some SCHD shares cuz they pay higher dividends. ill see how the following month goes when i get the dividends. its my first time recieving a dividend payment so im kind of excited.
thanks cris
Great video!👏🏿👏🏿💥💥🔥🔥❤️❤️
Very admirable indeed. You’re a gem even though I don’t always understand. What about TAXES????
Needing good dividend plays for January, April, July, October to fill out my year.
Missed out on a few coins, but Abel Dorsey seems like a fresh opportunity. Interested in its unique features.
One lesson I've learnt from billionaires is to always put your money to work, and diversifying your investments.
In light of the global crisis, rising inflation, and economic instability caused by inadequate governance, stocks, ETFs, Mutual funds, and REITs, assets can serve as a viable path to achieving financial independence
If you've achieved any financial security, savings, owning a house, a pension.... you'll find these are going to be a financial burden around your neck..... they'll tax you to oblivion..
A lot of folks downplay the role of advlsors until being burnt by their own emotions. I remember couple summers back, after my lengthy divorce, I needed a good boost to help my business stay afloat, hence I researched for licensed advisors and came across someone of utmost qualifications. She's helped grow my reserve notwithstanding inflation, from $275k to $850k.
I just changed my life in the 15minuets i just watched this🔥.
Great video! Can you show us the technicals on a chart on a bigger timeframe on the levels for buying at the lows just as an example for the eye
Do you sell contracts agains your stocks (cover calls)?
Just watched your video discussing XAI32A and I am very excited about this
Much better than all those shits altcoin with no utilities
very promising
I am counting on XAI. It will be on the TOP 5
my portfolio: BTC, ETH and XAI
XAI is still extremely undervalued
I've been invested in CLM for about a year and up 25% with it dripping at the NAV on etrade....I haven't found a downside to CEFs yet but it's been pretty bullish lately...is there a reason you never cover them? Anyway love your stuff, coach and been watching you for years and you've truly been killing and it's taken all these years to finally see the ebb and flow you talk about. It's so hard to see it in the beginning wish I had the faith to wait it thru like you recommend in some stocks back then...so hard to hold when it gets so bloody
Considering Abel Dorsey for its $10 potential. Curious to learn more about its journey in the market.
I think Dutch Bros... Is the next Starbucks..Bros.. Other one looks good is UAA... Under Armour...
If you are investing for the long term you buy when you have money. In 20 years it won’t matter if you bought SCHD at $20 or $25. Most of the time when you “wait” for a pull back to a certain point it never pulls back that far and you are missing out on dividends and compounding interest!
Detroit 💪
Thanks Chris..
Are there uk versions of the etfs

I'm new to this, how can I purchase
Iv been following you for two years
Thank you so much for this.
❤Thank you so much!❤
Thank you Coach I shall look into it
The S&P500 outperformed all of them this year and the little bit of dividend one would receive from these stocks isn't enough to make up for loss not being in the s&p.
How do I join the money team
I came to the seminar in Merrillville and have been watching your videos with my 17yr son.
I want to invest in ETF’s because I don’t understand the other things yet.
If you had $8,000 is VTI a good one. Can it be done through Robinhood or is it best to go through Vanguard?
JEPQ, JEPI, Schd,
Yo appreciate the game you give us everyday. I had my eyes on JEPI, MO, and SCHD. Im mostly trading options though and invested in crypto. Hopefully I get the payout Im aiming for and now I have a better idea on how to build my portfolios. Roth IRA, Growth, Dividend, Crypto, and options.
Thanks for sharing XAI32A and SUI. 💯
Can you get XAI on Robinhood
How about splg
Gold, key, Kvue, pflt & t. My only 5 dividend stocks
I’m looking to have one in every sector
How do you feel about Covered call ETFs? I don't have the experience to sell SCHD myself. But I hope the ETF management does. I just really want to know more about these things before investing, only if someone can put me through.
Was going to ask you about doing covered call? What is a poor man's covered calls. I am 70 but new to market, don't have hundreds of anything but short term treasuries.
Thanks for the advice! Got XAI32A, feeling bullish! 🚀
Jepq, schd and vig
I have an Investment portfolio that's worth $1million, I don't think that'll be enough for retirement. I need an average risk investment strategy in stocks that'll give me more yield. Is buying stocks now a goods idea?
As they say, time IN the market is better than trying to time the market. I think you should seek advice from a licensed financial advisor. They’ll give you guide on high risk and low risk investment strategies for your portfolio
I've been looking to get one, but have been kind of relaxed about it. Could you recommend your advis0r? I'll be happy to use some help.
Great video
Looking into Abel Dorsey after missing out on a few opportunities. The potential for growth is enticing.
