Every Monday we will have a team huddle up and talk about accountability and check in with your camp mates. We will check in with you every week of the challenge. Each week you will get a challenge to complete and also get to set a personal goal.
Self care is critical care.
There's never a 'perfect time to get to the gym.' It's hot, it's sweaty, likely your kids are even in camp themselves.
This is your time to fuel your body and focus on self care. This is your time, your reset.

Your camp counselors will be checking in with you each week.
