Don't expect every episode as great coz sometimes we need to watch the character development otherwise suddenly a character will come and do the necessary things but it won't leave any impact in terms of execution.

Man I loved askeladd so fucking much I cried when he died. He made me hate and love himself. His character is one of THE BEST CHARACTERS IN ANIME HISTORY.
Vinland Saga once i dropped it as was watching in dub. But watching in sub it changed the anime completely. From dropping to my top 3 anime till now. Askeladd is one of the best-written character ever written in Anime in my opinion. The shades in the character is so so good. Top tier anime. From hating a character to getting emotionally attached to that character. The built-up pays off it multifold. Peak anime. Guys watch it. Not to mention mukanjyo and dark crow as openings. Everything is good about this anime.

Vinland saga is truly a masterpiece in character, plot , action scenes, cinematic scenes etc. And I want to recommend you anime called fate zero it is a GOAT anime(In my opinion it is compatible level for vinland saga) Please give it a try , first 3 ep little bit boring and confusing but it will be worth it)

I think in AoT, it's a point about (some of) the characters not being mature, since that is what leads certain actions in the plot (Eren and Rumbling). Besides the characters in Vinland Saga are much older and experienced.

Vinland Saga is my 3rd fav manga after AOT and Kingdom. It is epic later on ... But if you want the action and badass things then you will be disappointed, it is Awesome because of character development.

Trying to talk his way out feels unrealistic to some extent in vinland saga. He's become way too optimistic. Farmland arc had a balanced thorfinn, neither too optimistic nor too nihilistic, a perfect balance which made his character one of the best along with guts and mushahi but after that it just feels like i am watching vinland saga with naruto as the main character
@@ayushkhatoi1741 I think that is kind of the point of the manga, maybe Yukimura is setting him up to get his over optimistic beliefs broken in the final arcs and have him achieve a proper balance? cuz anyone can see that he's gone from one extreme (ultra-edgy sasugay) to another extreme (talk-no-jutsu Naruto), I think and personally hope Yukimura's gonna have him think more on this. It look like it when you compare real history with the Vinland Arc.

Vinland Saga is my 3rd fav manga after AOT and Kingdom. It is epic later on ... But if you want the action and badass things then you will be disappointed, it is Awesome because of character development.

Not much of a big fan of the arcs after the farmland arc but yeah the farmland arc is an absolute masterpiece. The story and thorfinn's character somehow felt off after the farmland arc

@@INSOMNI_A nah, tbh i didn't have any problem with thorfinn wanting to abandon fighting and trying to find vinland but it's just that he gives strong naruto vibes now. Trying to talk his way out feels unrealistic to some extent in vinland saga. He's become way too optimistic. Farmland arc had a balanced thorfinn, neither too optimistic nor too nihilistic, a perfect balance which made his character one of the best along with guts and mushahi but after that it just feels like i am watching vinland saga with naruto as the main character
@@ayushkhatoi1741 I think that is kind of the point of the manga, maybe Yukimura is setting him up to get his over optimistic beliefs broken in the final arcs and have him achieve a proper balance?
cuz anyone can see that he's gone from one extreme (ultra-edgy sasugay) to another extreme (talk-no-jutsu Naruto), I think and personally hope Yukimura's gonna have him think more on this. It look like it when you compare real history with the Vinland Arc.

While in Vinland Saga Askeladd became one of the best anime characters in just 24 episodes. Thorfinn's relationship with his father,Thors was also more developed than Eren with his mother. So Vinland Saga S1 >> AoT S1 and Vinland Saga S2 is gonna be better than entire aot. Vinland Saga is one of the 4 pillars of greatest seinen manga ever created but aot isn't even top 15 manga
