Great podcast! I would like to ask a question regarding exersise... Since I am always nauseous if I don't eat, all the time, starting from morning, how exactly should I make time to exercise....
I was a vegetarian by choiice since 10 years .Thank God I listened tp my husband who requested me to start non veg as I had vitamin D and Vitamin B12 deficiency. My bones were weak . He used ro me give me 2 eggs daily , 2-3 tims chicken also.

One of the conception I hear from mother-in-law , which says, the expected mother can't have ghee during their entire period, except 9th month- is it so? What's the logic behind such thought. Kindly explain, uf such things happen, what to do?

Hey I think self control is best Try taking good sleep In some time your body will learn to do without tea…. Also first thing in the morning should not be tea…you should have coconut water, soaked nuts or fruits Can have tea probably an hour after breakfast, but check for this for sure…. Caffeine taken after 2 pm mess up with good sleep
This is true. I was drinking soaked somf... After taking for 2 days i fell dizzy and pain all over the body like fever. Bt i didn't had fever. After stopping the somf i felt better.
@@shreenapasari1292 fennel seeds.. Best thing one can take is boil some mint leaves and 1 tbl spoon jeera (cumin seeds) for 10 min. Drink lukewarm.. half a cup after every meal. It is the best thing. I am using it currently.
Why would she eat eggs if she’s jain! Also I don’t think there was any need to mention her religion. Stop name calling and shaming people based on their religion and background.
In Asian countries morning doesn't start without tea. Take a little bit like half a cup, it will not harm at all. My mom, grandmother and everyone had tea in their time.And we all are happy and healthy
That's your less knowledge that made you stopped the video! Microwave cooking is surely neither good nor healthy, even in general we don't cook food in that!
