It's important to understand USA traders are supposed to adhere to the guidelines, and the prop firms using non USA brokers are in deep doodoos. The USA will go after these firms all day long. Is it right? Is it wrong? Does not matter. That's why I have always traded my money on a USA broker that adheres to the regulations. It does not matter if we like it or not, the rules are there.

People are able to execute and manage trades just fine on the in-house fund!
