- IT’S BEEN 9 MONTHS SINCE NOAH PRESGROVE WAS FOUND DEAD ALONG A ROADSIDE IN TERRAL, OKLAHOMA AND HOW HE DIED IS STILL A MYSTERY. NOAH’S FAMILY IS HUNTING FOR ANSWERS AND HAVE HIRED PRIVATE INVESTIGATORS IN ADDITION TO THE CURRENT LAW ENFORCEMENT INVESTIGATORS WHO ARE ON THE CASE.

That's the smoking gun really isnt it. Assume it was a third person unknown to all the party goers from outside. Then by default all the party goers would be working together Helping each other remember and investigate in unison. Piecing things together. Instead it's the rxtteme polar opposite which kinda tells everything without telling anything. Hence the massive interest it's created by people just bamboozled by the madness of it all

@@rarinkaz when are they going to make some arrests??? People need to start requesting a copy of csi procedures including autopsy procedures from LE. Workplace health and safety laws require procedures for every task in the workplace and failure to comply is negligence to manage Risk in the workplace. Surprising no one has reported failures to the regulatir for health and safety and demanded a response cc DOJ and state politicians. Lack of procedures is a workplacecsafety incident to be reported and responded to tomely by regulators

DA Jason Hicks was fully aware of the Waurika Lake 'incident', and the 4 year anniversary is coming up on the 13th June, where the case is still apparently being 'investigated'. Maybe somebody should ask DA Jason Hicks why so many cases seem to get shelved with no apparent updates provided to the public. OHP was involved in both cases, too. Noah's case would've ended up on the shelf like Propeller Girl's incident if it wasn't for thousands of people noticing how things seem to 'work' down there.
My heart goes out to the family and his true friends. Praying daily.

He stopped being Chief of police the in December 2022 so he wasn't police when Noah died, doesn't mean he doesn't have very important connections though. He's actually a Fire Department Chief now but running for Chief of police (in a different town than he previously was, I believe) again from what I've seen and read.

Ive been following this story and its insane... only in a small town. I was going to ask what the police did back when Noah was killed, as far as their investigation. Did they look for the real scene of the crime? There wasnt enough blood for it to be where he was found. While they were investigation the highway scene, they should of had others on the properry where the party was , not letting anyone leave the scene , not letting people remove items from the scene, ect
I mean come on! What i meant by only in a small town is im sure they have little experience with murder and investigating it but common sense says GO TO WHERE THE PARTY WAS and QUESTION PEOPLE AND LOOK FOR EVIDENCE OF A MURDER!
The cops said hit and run. Loaded the body up and got it ready for the funeral. They didn’t look for anything at all. Which is why the adults were able to clean the house and get rid of all the guns and alcohol that morning with no problem. I believe the cops looked at the atv and by look I mean walked around it with Caleb and said looks fine to me. It’s definitely a cover up. And at this point they will get away with it. Nobody is going to “crack” and tell on themselves and get lots of prison time. Esp now about a year later. Only a confession will get this solved and this isn’t Tv you’re not getting someone to confess. The fbi will rule it a suspicious death and that’s that. There is evidence I believe but none that can actually prove murder.

It’s so gross that after all these months the house and property he spent all that time at immediately before his death hasn’t been searched. If it happened outside.. that evidence is long gone.

The video alone is incriminating & the adults should be held in custody until they talk. That rifle was very odd & spooky like he was ready to use it too!! Looking at Noah with intent... Alcohol, young kids, and rifles out= seems they had plans to harm Noah when they invited him back.
Parents less concerned about underaged drinking than their child being charged with murder. They DID NOT give a damn about the drinking.

Even if it was a hit and run which it wasnt they dont seem to be trying to figure out who did it. Like its acceptable. Hit n run nothing to see here move along. Its still a crime

Was Noah partially Native American? If so that could explain a good deal of OK apathy toward this case in light of US Supreme Court decision declaring much of eastern/southern part of OK and all of Tulsa Native American subject to Federal jurisdiction. That undoubtedly produced resentment and retaliation on the part of some and FBI intervention in the case.

I feel like he was injured elsewhere and dumped with atv. Someone saw atv at high speed near where his body was found. Would explain all the injuries and lack of blood at scene

These Facebook groups are really getting annoying with just the garbage and bored chat they come up. I don't know how many times I've had to tell people "social media does NOT solve crimes!" We can flap our gums and speculate but some of these people are outright ridiculous! It's a sh!tshow at this point.

No it's not normal for anyone to just stand around at a party at 1 am with a hunting rifle. Not even out there. No reason zeroe. Video clips show Riflemans good friend standing metres away waving a knife at noah in a heated conversation with noah. Video clips showing Noah inviting riflemans friend to stab him with noah having his fist cocked rtelling hes rady to punch back if stabbed. I think its safe to say with 99 per cent confidence the rifle was ready to be used if the buddy got knocked out. Talk about showing the world motive. It even looks like rifleman is being told to put the weapon dn???? by lady in pink ribbon when camera swings off. So reading the play from afar noah is already offside with 2. Then reddit suggests he had a confrontation with Texas mma guy. Then moved in on JN fiancee and told another girl there she's a Fat something after she had a crush on him supposedly. So he's just made enemy's and potentially offended most of the people left at party from what it looks. Then if noah belittled all them guys pride by walking round topless like im.bigger than you and talking dn with il beat you comments in front of females I'd say noah may have created a firebomb. The outcome becomes irrational alcohol fuelled animal responses like national geographic. Like bears and lions imptessing the females to win over lost pride. Outcome red liquid on the ground. But thats just my speculation and observation from afar. @@ms.g-j8524 why doesn't someone ask the guy to make a video explaining what made him carry a rifle drunk around a party? What made him pick it up? Only he can explain that. Maybe he just came back after shooting deer or maybe he was going out to shoot deer. @@jazzyg530 but whether I'm going hunting or have returned from.hunting I'm 100 per cent vertain I would have left those weapons in the vehicle. There seems no purpose taking those weapons to another's house. None.
So Noahs best friend Jack was dating (now engaged) to the sister of the woman turning 22 and hosting the party. She is 21 turning 22 and the party is at her house, im sure she also bought and supplied the alcohol to underage kids. Now had Noah been drunk and roof surfing or another stunt and had an accident that caused his death what do you think they would do? Do you think automatically the host of the party would panic in fear of knowing she gave alcohol to a minor that has now died? I do. Do you think her sister(Jacks girlfriend/ now fiancee) would help her sister from getting in trouble? I do. Do you think Jacks girlfriend would ask Jack to help her help save her sister from getting in trouble? I do. If Noah had already passed from a true accident i can imagine her/them asking/begging for help to not get in trouble, i mean the damage is done right, so why should i go to prison for an accident and for someone else acting out and doing something dangerous. So they damage the body badly and drop it off where Noah was found trying to make it look like a hit and run and to make it hard to determine cause of death. This is just a thought that crossed my mind, and its just a thought. Im not accusing or saying any of these people did anything wrong or harmed noah in any way, just a theory of mine. I definitely hope whatever happened to Noah is found out so his family and friends can have some peace and if there was foul play i hope all involved get whats coming to them.

Just throwing this out there as a newbie to this: What if the parents of bd party girl worried about all the underage drinking and knew they would be liable if there was a death on their property? I heard that some of the kids were only 15 or 16. Could it be after the accident happened a few kids pulled the mom aside and her first reaction was a coverup? I think Dailen said about the kids being told Noah's family was angry and they shouldn't talk to them made me wonder if there weren't some adults manipulating things, trying to corral all the narratives that were springing up. Then once the story was out there, the ones who knew were stuck with it and it was probably Jack and maybe his dad who took Noah's body to the road, and Noah, probably already passed because of the lack of blood at the scene, may have been hit again. I don't think even an atv roll over could account for those kind of injuries. And another possibility, which should be taken for the speculation that it is, is if Jack was in a rage (and drunk) at Noah and when Noah got seriously injured - maybe more than Jack realized -- and he was left there, either on the property or on the road and he died. If something like this happened, Jack, and possibly others would go to prison for a long while. When I look at Jack's texts to other kids and to the media, it all sounds false; like he's trying to plant the hit and run narrative to obscure what really happened. On the other hand, maybe it wasn't the mom of the bd girl, but Jack's dad and possibly granddad. It's odd that all three of them show up at the road before anyone else (depending on which of Jack's stories you believe). Jack's timeline is full of holes. The advantage you all have that online people trying to help don't is you know the relationships, socially and politically in the area. I've been thinking all along it would be informative to know which kids and their close relatives might have connections to influential people who could steer the investigation, which is what is happening from what I see. RIP Noah.❤
*** Annie Elise has a Podcast that said Caleb ( Jack's Father) was at the house Sunday night and that Noah walked in on Caleb receiving Oral from one of the young girls at the party and this also caused a fight between Jack and Noah. And Caleb left after that. Is this true? Ewwww

There was a lot of missing blood! I didn't hear of him being covered in blood, so was he washed off! When did the girls names disappear off his body!
Some say it could have been internal bleeding. But that seems odd. How could one possibly sustain all of his injuries and hardly bleed except internally? Is that actually possible? Others have also speculated that the "blood spot" on the road where he was found was actually rust and was there and visible on Google maps or Google Earth before that night.

according to Law Enforcement who I spoke with recently, they only searched the surrounding property. Not in the house at all.
Why is Dallen drinking so much and moving . The interviewers are very focus and attentive. They're serious about justice for Noah...
Dailen is very focused on justice for Noah it was very hot and it’s not easy to do these interviews. Compassion please. Dailen is working very hard to find out what happened to Noah.

I think he was injured in side by side they panicked and was sumped hitting head going head first off side by side. Jack could be sued homeowners sued ao they did this.
