He has a peculiarly positive interpretation of the word 'disagreeable'. I looked up the definition and it is quite different and indicates a negative personality trait.
Currently the world is in a pandemic with COVID-19 and industry that sorta slammed to a standstill is back up and running. People have things WAITING in ports.
What’s the issue now? Well… a bit of bureaucracy. Folks that hold empty containers are limited to stacking them only 2 high. They have no SPACE to put the empties.
So government MUST temporarily lift the restrictions. Death of common sense, folks.

I'm not a heavy "reader" ... But, by God, I listen to this guy for 20 minutes and I feel inspired and he makes me smarter for every minute I spend listening to this guy. Few Podcasts can have the impact that Malcolm can have. He's Brilliant. He never ever seems the least little bit condescending. The guy's got PhD's in "smart" and multiple degrees in Humility Too.

It's difficult to decipher but at close to 23.20, he appears to say "I could care less." If that is the case, then what he was attempting to express was "he couldn't care less." Some Americans, even the smart ones like Malcolm, have an unusual approach to the usage of our beautiful language. Thanks for listening.
+ameagher2 Wanting to correct the incorrect use of that phrase is something that I have to let go of almost daily! I rue the day that grammar and spelling became secondary to other learning pursuits; somewhere in the eighties, I'd imagine.

You could correct him 100 times, but will never speak and transmit knowledge as him, but maybe once.
