Overall, he’s a positive for the fitness/rehab space. He promotes physical activity, adaptability, resilience, & takes a modern approach to rehab… All good stuff.
But he also makes unsupported claims to sell products & services, which sucks.
Take the good, leave the bad.
Also I swear on my life, the comment that got me blocked was “can you please share the title of the study?” lol

You understand your search bar is different from everyone else’s, right? It’s driven by your personal algorithm. KOT guy has helped millions of people. Not sure what you said to him to get him to block you, but based on the misinformation you’re spreading in the first half of this video, I’m guessing it was as patronizing as you came off here.
