thing is every fandom has "interesting characters," the Sonic fandom just happens to have an abnormally large amount of them
When you said, that you meet a lot of friends and creative people in Sonic Fandom, I legit felt that. C: The amount of amazing projects that fans make, is truly mind-blowing sometimes!

Happy birthday Akarisan! I agree that being a Sonic fan is much easier now. It’s so much more mainstream, and most people actually have an idea of what is! When I was a little kid I used to ask other people if they liked Sonic the Hedgehog, and kids my age would ask “what’s that?” and grownups would be like “oh that old video game? That’s what you like?” 😅 but now it’s so much more well-known! Except now I get judged for liking it as a grown woman 😂😂😂 I did watch the Knuckles series. It certainly was a comedy! I wouldn’t say it is my favorite piece of Sonic media, but it got a lot of chuckles out of me! Unlike Knuckles, who don’t chuckle. Happy birthday again!

Sonic's eyelids are usually either skin-colored (my prefered color) or blue
I really liked the knuckles show it was both funny and had some cool fight scenes tho I need to say the show was focused a lot more on wade then knuckles himself (it didn’t bother me tho as knuckles was always with the wade stuff) but if you end up not liking it you shouldn’t worry about if sonic 3 will be the same because the main writers for the movies only wrote episode one

As an autistic girl I'm worried about being a Sonic fan,I haven't played the games other than Sonic one but plan too but I'm a fan no matter what (Unless the media does something really bad) Also I watched the Knuckles TV show and I have mixed feelings about it,theres fun stuff like the musical number (though it would of been better with Knuckles) but character stuff like Wade's family could of had better arcs
