Loved it when he said they have two demo rigs people could drive. Awesome way to include someone that might not have a rig. I see this a lot in the RC world and I think its awesome.
You got a way better camera view than where I was on the rock bouncing event. It was nice finally meeting Nicole in person too. Even off the camera, she still talks crap about you😆. Awesome 3 day videos on Axialfest!👍
thanks for the video coverage, much appreciated. Woule love to attend, but it's always been on the same week as my annual vacation to Idaho. Hoping they change the weekend at some point.
Tell ur Axial Fest buddys to check out the Madonna Inn located in San Luis Obispo ca. Really big event convention center plus its held mountain bike racing and big Top Circuses .Also it sets between two big rock mountains They own and its not hott. Average temperature is 69º LOL seriously =_= OlllllllO
It was epic 😎, my first trip to axialfest,im 4 sure going every year love your videos man, im currently doing the scx10 2 trail honcho budget built myself thanks for the advice
What shocks do you use ? I like the 1.9 wraith . I have a couple of them . I was just curious on your choice . I may have missed it in your video of building it . Can't remember that far back .
Hope you recorde some of the swap meet !! One day I am going make it out west and run Axial fest or proline be fire shit any event would be dream come true!!! Love your videos Josh and Way you build your rigs love it love it!!
Maybe 12 if they were a decent size and you drove somewhat reasonably with a rig capable enough to do some of the harder gates without having to keep trying them over and over.
Wonder what would happen if I showed up with my trx4 tactical from traxxas. I have the deadbolt bettie and grey c10. Though a little far for me though im in Wisconsin. There is crap around here except for parks.
You have to go through a tech inspection of your vehicle. This year, they checked for differentials and transmissions. If they were not Axial or Axial based, it’s a no go. So if this is a stock Traxxas product, you would be prevented from using it or at least if they caught you at the main gate.
@@gwpattrick Sorry Patrick. I only replied because there were a lot of people at the event who were asking on Thursday. Even running stock 10.2/10.3 axles but using something like a TGH transmission were getting rejected.
That Rock Bouncing competition seemed perfect for Josh's driving style.
It's "No, expense spared!" Must have been a typo.
Love the Rippers, they look great out on the trail!
Awesome coverage, and to top it off... Nicole closes it out in style!!:)
I had to leave that in 😂😂
That looked like a lot of fun.
GREAT VIDEO OF A AMAZING EVENT. THANKS FOR POSTING SIR
I love the attitude from Nicole at the end. 😂
Nice video, my friend.
Nice crawl.👍

Nice coverage of all three days. Thanks Josh.

Great job! Thanks.
They have some nice trails.
That event looks like a lot of fun. Might need to put that on the got to do list.
I should've have been there!!
This event looks a lot more well-done and managed compared to the badlands one earlier this year
Looks like good times for sure 👍🏾💯
Quite the birthday weekend :)

Axial event. Rolls up in Vanquish gear all three days.
They are Axial SCX10-2 based. It was specifically built as an Axialfest project in 2017.
There were a lot of people, me included, that ran heavy amounts of Vanquish products. If it was Axial based, it was fine.
🤣😂😅 tha wyfe told u ✊🏽 and great vid as always HD👊🏽
thanks for the footage of mine and T$'s finish! That course was brutal but hella fun rock bouncing course!
How many Rippers do you see at Axial Fest.
Looks like a fun time. But is it what happen too the mixed terrain? Not just rocks i hope.

Harley which one is better the ryft or bomber?
Where can I get one of those crawler stance hats?
Can you imagine doing that bridge in a 1:1?
Dang josh you should have rock raced with the bomber build you did. Awesome action man!
I kind of forgot about the rock racing! Otherwise I probably would have done so.
@@HarleyDesignsInc I may have to build a bomber myself. They look killer.
Where was it at?
What sized tires and wheels are on your rc
What rc car were you running
You should’ve posted the first person to go on rock bouncing. I only made it ten feet
I wonder what total attendance is so far. It almost looks like midwest had higher participation.
Talking with the staff, I think attendance was higher in Cali but the terrain is so much bigger that it spreads people out.
