Incredible footage shows inside Ukrainian Attack Helicopter in active combat against Russia

- This footage shows a Ukrainian attack helicopters in action flying close to the ground.
The footage was obtained from the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Monday, 26th September.
The images were also relayed by the Office of Strategic Communications (StratCom) of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Russia invaded Ukraine on 24th February in what the Kremlin is still calling a "special military operation". Today marks the 215th day of the war.
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that between 24th February and 26th September, Russia had lost about 57,200 personnel, 2,290 tanks, 4,857 armoured combat vehicles, 1,369 artillery units, 330 multiple launch rocket systems, 172 air defence systems, 260 warplanes, 224 helicopters, 970 drones, 241 cruise missiles, 15 warships, 3,711 motor vehicles and fuel tankers, and 131 units of special equipment.
Russia has claimed that its casualties have been much lower but provides infrequent updates on its latest figures.

Amazing piloting skills! Was literally scraping the tops of wheat stalks….. 2 meters above ground tops!
It's to avoid detection and enemy missiles, flying high up in the sky would be more dangerous.
Well he won't be shot down from below and that low a fighter couldn't get a radar lock from above.
He just needs to keep spitting out flares to prevent an IR lock
@@Umipumi Its only way you can drive helicopters today...little higher and radar will see you ,also menpads would have time to lock on you
Not 2 meters, its at least 30 meters above ground. Flying less than 20 meters will make the helicopter at risk of hitting buildings, trees.. and it wont be able to shoot missiles or hit it’s target accurately.

Though it includes weapon donations, it still allows the US to lend lease weapons to other nations when it’s deemed necessary and take them back when it’s over. Of course not all of them are gonna survive combat so these weapons to Ukraine can be considered donations.

Those ukrainian helicopter pilots are amazing, i`ve seen footage of them bringing in supplies to Azovstal and fly out with wounded soldiers, that was the most heroic act i can imagine

I could never understand the lob shot as an effective technique. But I'm no military flight genius. 😂
You have a targetting system that will tell you where the rockets will land. So if you are firing at infaltry and you dont want to get to a manpad range. Its the most effective.

Might as well keep them grounded if the only way to keep them alive is randomly lob missiles rather than aiming them.
Only a handful of those shots were rockets, the majority were flares. And the video cut so you never saw the rocket targets. So where exactly was the video of 'lobbing missiles'?
Unless I’m mistaken those rocket in this vid are unguided .... firing them up like that..... surly you’ll be lucky to hit anything .... maybe it’s covering fire.... I have no idea.... but it’s not precise

@@Darth_Chicken You can see the helicopter pointing upwards rather than downwards towards a target as it fires. It's just ditching it's missiles and getting the heck out of Dodge.
@@tellyboy17 This is a technique used pretty regularly by Ukraine and Russia with unguided missiles. Helicopters are easy targets for MANPADS, which is why they fly so low and only nose up to fire their pods and pop flares.
@@GC-nd1lp I know, the problem is that there is no way to actually hit anything like that. No pain, no gain I'm afraid: you have to risk it all if you want to get real results with these machines other than cool propaganda videos.

Why do they always speed up the damn footage, the helicopters are not going that fast
I don't know if the footage is sped up or not but they are flying close to the ground. Now imagine a car moving on the ground with the same speed. Is it going to look the same?
