I'm not from UK and it's the first time i see the building at 36:12 (~10 stories high). It's hideous. It ruins the whole view given by Big Ben and the surrounding buildings which are all nice.
It should be demolished and have another European style building built instead. Or even a modern skyscraper.

That's St Thomas' Hospital...Established in 1173...One of the oldest and most prestigious medical institutions on the planet.
It predates Ben by about 700 years..
Sorry if their modern facilities offend your eyes, but they are handy for curing diseases, fighting cancer and saving lives, so there's that...🙄
