just found this channel, there are a lot of great houses but the presentation quality is just so bad...first the camera, the cam is shaky, it is never level and always floating around, then the edit is bad, all the floating and non horizontal filming already make the viewers very uncomfortable, then the edit adds in all the suddenly zoom in and out...its just unwatchable...and i dont even want to pay attention to what is being said in the video
For $12 million this house is small I've seen other houses for around that same amount in that the kitchen is ginormous the bedrooms are ginormous and so are the bathrooms and the other living quarters so I would say that this is way overpriced and ridiculous
