The Palm Beaching Project: How West Palm Beach is growing

Palm Beach County and its county seat, West Palm Beach, have steadily grown through the decades because of its low state taxes, relaxing lifestyle and sunny weather. The rising the cost of living in paradise has created a sort of “Palm Beaching” of our area. In parts around West Palm and the county, the area is starting to resemble more of Palm Beach, the exclusive billionaire’s barrier island town the Intracoastal. But the impact will be felt throughout the county in myriad ways.
