Tip: if you hold the reset button (not the home button which is what you keeped pressing) you kind reverse back where you came so its especially useful if you fall off a cliff.
Also to make the game lag less go to gameplay settings and scroll down to number of traffic cars and turn that down a bit, I notice you have an insane amount.
