I've experienced postpartum depression as well. It too shall pass Yuki-san. If Ririchan is still vomiting after feeding, have you tried keeping her upright for 30 mins before laying her down? Also have you tried swaddling? Some babies like it (not mine though). What you're going through is all normal because both you and Ririchan is adjusting. This is something that she cannot control, it’s a chemical imbalance and it’s very serious. There are a lot of tragic stories about women who are suffering from the postpartum depression. Naninibago din kasi ang baby sa environment nya kasi 9months nasa womb ng mother at nakalutang lang sa amniotic fluid... try nyo po kaya mag swaddling After po mag breast/bottle feeding ipa burl po agad pra hindi lumungad😊 Search nalang po kayo sa youtube about sa pagiging iyakin baby, like swaddling etc.. baka sakali po makatulong😊
Na experienced ko rin yan sa 2nd baby ko. 6 years old na si eldest bago nasundan. Parang nanibago ako lalo na at full time Mom na ako pagpanganak ko sa 2nd baby. Tapos ako naka stay sa pamilya ko para may kasama ako mag alaga , si eldest at hubby andun sa inuupahan tindahan/bahay namin. Imagine may kasama ako sa bahay pero nagka ppd ako , ano pa kaya si Yuki na kayo at sya lang naiwan sa bahay mag alaga sa baby. Yung akin kasi dahil malayo yung asawa at eldest ko, at hindi ako nkapag breastfeed kaya mas lalo ako na depress nun. Yuki please hang in there kasi mabilis lang sila lumaki, ma mi miss mo yung ganito pa sila kaliit ka fragile. Ac iparadam mo din yung pagmamal mo sa kanya at suporta. E hug mo tapos let her take a rest ( alam ko na pagod ka din galing sa trabaho) but right now mas pagod si Yuki mentally at physically. Mas kailangan ka nya ngayon. Tsaka pag tapos dumede ni baby ipa burp nyo or wag nyo agad ilapag sa higaan.

Naninibago din kasi ang baby sa environment nya kasi 9months nasa womb ng mother at nakalutang lang sa amniotic fluid... try nyo po kaya mag swaddling
After po mag breast/bottle feeding ipa burl po agad pra hindi lumungad😊
Search nalang po kayo sa youtube about sa pagiging iyakin baby, like swaddling etc.. baka sakali po makatulong😊

Na experienced ko rin yan sa 2nd baby ko. 6 years old na si eldest bago nasundan. Parang nanibago ako lalo na at full time Mom na ako pagpanganak ko sa 2nd baby. Tapos ako naka stay sa pamilya ko para may kasama ako mag alaga , si eldest at hubby andun sa inuupahan tindahan/bahay namin. Imagine may kasama ako sa bahay pero nagka ppd ako , ano pa kaya si Yuki na kayo at sya lang naiwan sa bahay mag alaga sa baby. Yung akin kasi dahil malayo yung asawa at eldest ko, at hindi ako nkapag breastfeed kaya mas lalo ako na depress nun. Yuki please hang in there kasi mabilis lang sila lumaki, ma mi miss mo yung ganito pa sila kaliit ka fragile. Ac iparadam mo din yung pagmamal mo sa kanya at suporta. E hug mo tapos let her take a rest ( alam ko na pagod ka din galing sa trabaho) but right now mas pagod si Yuki mentally at physically. Mas kailangan ka nya ngayon. Tsaka pag tapos dumede ni baby ipa burp nyo or wag nyo agad ilapag sa higaan.

Ahhh..finally there's lil angel on your vlog!..tell Yuki that everything will be okay what she's experiencing now(post partum)is normal it is just a phase it will be gone soon.
Mother instinct is natural as far as child care so just enjoy each day with baby because w/out you knowing baby is growing so fast.

As to your mom in law, considering that you are in different culture try to be more patient w/her.Still respect her opinion to avoid conflicts..after all at the end of the day it is you Yuki & baby who will build your life.

Yes Di basta basta ang postpartum. Need ng support ng asawa at family.. Need din ni Yuki na lumabas, pra ma relax ung isip nya. Need din nya ng me time, Khit 1 a week...

That’s normal na iyak sleep eat ang baby everyday may pag babago Symepre pati ang baby nag adjust din❤Pag sleep ang baby sleep din sya dapat Para Hindi sya mapagod. Sacrifice talaga ang first to 3months.
