yes and no; the way bounty buffs work is that u will get more defence buffs than offence buffs; so a 2.5 - 2.5 would actualy do more dmg that 30mil- 30mil. But if 30mil attacked 2.5mil then the damge would be a lot higher yes;but as mentioned both jc and his victim were 30mil
