Thats LIVE too! She's just as good LIVE as her recordings in studios. Most singers are never as good LIVE! But LeAnne could sing the phonebook amazingly!
LeAnn has a beautiful duet with Aloe Black called, I Do. It’s a very beautiful song. Her more recent, Throw My Arms Around the World good song and her Acapella version of Amazing Grace, sung in an old church in Central America, is incredible.
Leann recorded the song first as a pop song when a teen. The song was meant to be for the movie soundtrack Con Air. It was then recorded as a country song by Trisha Yearwood. Which ended up being the version used for the movie. Both versions were released the same day. Both were hits. Leann's version also played on country radio since she is a country artist. I even heard a version where both versions were combined and played as a duet. Very unique song. You don't usually hear about a song being recorded and released by two different artists at the same time.
Thanks for reacting to the GREAT LeAnn Rimes!! The song was written specifically for Con Air and she specifically chose LeAnn to sing it. But when Disney execs heard her recording of it they said it too “Pop” for the vibe they were going for, so they had it re-recorded by Trisha Yearwood. But when the writer heard that Disney snubbed LeAnn, she told LeAnn’s team/music producers to release the song anyways to spite Disney. It ended up releasing a bit before Trisha Yearwood’s rendition of it. Both were massive successes, with Trisha’s topping the country charts/stations, and LeAnn hitting huge on the Pop charts/stations…mind you she’d only ever been played on country before this. It gave her crossover appeal. The Grammy’s that year were particularly awkward, with both ladies nominated in the same category for the same song. Even though LeAnn was tapped to perform the song as we saw here, Trisha won the Grammy…but IMO LeAnn was robbed, in more ways than one. But she got the last laugh IMO b/ she’s the singer everyone remembers tied to that song, not Trisha. Nothing against Trisha, it’s just that LeAnn was handpicked for that song and she deserved the credit for it. If you listen to the 2 versions side by side I personally think LeAnn’s version is more country…Trisha’s voice has less of a twang and is missing some of that country music soul, plus her version had a sax in it which reads super 90s soft rock/pop cheesy to me. But hey, the previous year at just 15 y/o LeAnn won 2 Grammy’s for both country and best new female artist of the year, making her the youngest Grammy winner - a winner 2x over too, which was unfathomable!!!
I love when you act like you don't know who somebody is and you've already reacted to them. I know it's hard to remember every single-person you reacted to.
A lot of the videos on this channel are reuploads. He created this channel to separate his music reactions from his other reactions. So, it’s not that he’s acting like he doesn’t know who she is… he’s just uploading old videos.
Please react to more LeAnn Rimes....she has a lot of great songs. I recommend "I probably wouldn't be this way", "one way ticket", "Committment"...some of my faves.
The story behind the song is it's from the movie coair she in the bar to meet her husband when they leave then there's a fight comes out from the guys in the bar or trying to fight with him he's trying to leave it and he ends up going to jail
Urban Legend has it that LeeAnn Rime’s other monster hit “Blue” was originally written for Patsy Cline, but Patsy Cline tragically died early and the song was left unsung bc the writer couldn’t imagine it being sung by any one else. Then little barely a teenager Ms Rimes comes on the scene, and her voice was (still is) so clean and clear that “Blue” was taken out of storage and given to her to sing. The rest is a mic drop. Looking at real history of the song doesn’t have it go quite like this, although Mrs Cline was going to sing it, but never got the chance, and the song didn’t gain in mega popularity until Ms Rimes sang it. Ms Rimes’s voice has often been compared to Mrs Cline! Perhaps the story isn’t fully true, but it makes a good story.
I love her voice, but she sounds very much like Laura Fabirn, beautiful voice, bit that is it,a great voice ,like many voices ,instruments, but there is only one true angelica, out of the chart voice DIMASH kudaibergen, the rest is BEYONCE CATAGORY,NOTHING MORE,LTA BE REAL,and true to musicalityzthe song is a beatiful voice!😅
She sang it beautifully but Trisha Yearwood sang it with more depth as an adult woman who had experienced heartbreak . Leanne was a child when she sang this song.
LeAnn Rimes, was 15 years old when she released this song, and 13 when she released her fist hit "Blue."
She will always be one of my favorite artists!

It was the better version too
Youngest singer ever to win a Grammy at 13 years old
Wow I havent heard this song in ages. The nostalgia is crazy!
LeAnn can literally sing anything.
She doesn’t really want to though.
i was gonna say that i could listen to her sing the phone book or even a dictionary and still be mesmerized by her beautiful and angelic voice lol
Listen to "Blue" the one that brought her to the attention of country music fans world wide. Amazing!
He already did it a year ago
songs brings chills every time I hear it
I love seeing you react to Country. It always tells a story. And makes you relate. Leanne was great at it.
Stunning vocals and great reaction!
Check out Alison Kraus, the name of the song is, When you say nothing at all.
Great choice, this and 'If Tomorrow Never Comes' are great.
Love LeAnne!
One of my favorites!
I don't usually like to brag... but.. LeAnn was singing about me. That's why it was so amazing!! 😛
Omg I love you 😊
You should go listen to her performances on the masked singer and her release a couple of years ago called Spaceship. Her mature voice is amazing.
You need to hear the leann rimes tribute to patsy cline absolutely amazing
Check out her version of Amazing Grace. Think it the offial video. She was very young and singing it acappella in a church. It is beautiful.

You must do her first song at 13 named “Blue”

Beautiful ❤️🔥
As a widow, this song kills me. I live this.

This song was a hit here in Latin America but the dance remix . She is amazing ⭐
Her video "BLUE" was at 13 years old.
Just a solid romantic ballad.
she was 14 years old in that video
Trisha Yearwood version is really good, too.
Think I like it better actually.
Worth a listen.
Looking back now, at some Leann Rimes, some Brooke Shields, wtf were we doing with these children? My god
☮️💙💙💙
Try BLUE.
I've always loved Trisha Yearwood's version of this song more
I would like a reactor to do Trisha's "The Song Remembers When". He'd love it ..

I agree. I was widowed suddenly. I relate much more to Yearwood's version.
LeAnn could sing circles around Trisha though. Big time
Would actually like to SEE her singing - not a good video experience
