Such poetry and subtle expression in the E Major etude. And what fire and brilliance in the c sharp minor Etude. Thank you Maestro!

he is always so detached from earth. as if the world does not matter for him, he just reflects it. irs like when Debussy composed reflets d ans l eau ou Ravel composed la valse.... its a souvenir of what happened; he is so detached.... its a real master of interpretation. everything is so natural. its a piec of music , a story told through the piano, and no more an etude....

The one in C# minor was pretty great, and his playing of it is my favorite, but the one in E major was practically a religious revelation. Not to mention that whole cycles of his dominate among my favorites.

Je trouve que le terme"Tristesse" ne convient pas du tout. Je ressens de la nostalgie, de la tendresse et beaucoup de lumière
