@@lisalane3650 For sure! A dining experience to remember. It's relative to some of the staff and team, but an introduction to the good life for some of the staff and team. It's why college is an incubator to expose us to opportunities and connections to be able to bring our families up to this All American Kitchen life; it could improve the health and lifespan of our families - but we have to put in work to see this life again after college.
I love how these new guys love the weight room. You can see a new and improved energy in the locker room. I love it. Iron sharpens iron. I love the competition.
Only a few people like fitness! I hated cardio drills so I spent a lot more time in the weight room!

Truth: Florida has many small towns where there isn't much back home. It's good to see family, but you have to keep building your life in an opportunity like being a college student and/or student-athlete and being able to think globally in or out of town. I'm from one of those small towns: Fort Pierce. I want my young brothers at Colorado to stick with it: Cocoa, Lakeland, Sanford, Orlando, Tampa, Fort Myers, Lehigh Acres, Palmetto, Miami, Fort Lauderdale, The Palm Beaches, The Panhandle (Highway 90 & I-10).

A good part of the staff and team are from Florida and we appreciate how bold they are for taking on the challenge. Likewise, for all of the Jackson State conjunction of staff and team who boldly made the move plus the other HBCU (i.e. Howard, Mississippi Valley, FAMU, etc.) bonus staff that are a part of the Louis Luggage 🧳. Love your interview skills and how you try to make all the players feel included. Good question to Shedeur about team building. I pray he takes it to heart and builds those relationships within the team. He is the leader and when people feel a connection to their leader they will support and ride for them to the end of the earth. 💯.
I totally agree, as a leader you have to lead by example and embrace and get to know everyone. Focus on becoming a TEAM and family with all of these guys. Let each of them feel that they matter and are a vital part of this team/program. #skobuffs
