in 2016, during the flight from Czech Republic to my country with transit, I spent about 3 hours at Sabiha Gokcen int. airport duty free in Istanbul (which is one the best duty frees I have been to), wanted to pick up just one fragrance for myself. This one is creamy lemon. Eau extreme is a creamy orange. Love both.
I love this fragrance. I bought this one recently and there's something about it that just exudes class and elegance, like if you went to a high end store on 5th Ave NY or some expensive place in Europe, this is what you'd expect the store to smell like. The best part of that it smells natural. Definitely a fragrance for a young and upcoming man to wear during the summer time. My only criticism of this is the performance. For what you pay I think it should last longer . That said this fragrance is definitely a masterpiece and one I will definitely wear regularly when I become a lawyer in a few years!

probably the scent ive tried so far that i dislike the most. Not really sure why, maybe something bad happened in my childhood, the smell of this reminds me of. Its one of those scents that make me realise again that scents are so personal and subjective. What a lovely hobby we all have. Trust your noses and wear what you want to wear and not what people like to smell :) keep it up
You're a great reviewer, and you dress for it.I still own this one,that lemon pie vibe.Really nice, probably more for dates, romantic occasion , perfect for engagements and weddings.
Great scent, love it, love it, love, love it... My only issue is the projection & performance longevity on my skin... 2 hours max & then it's a skin scent, alhthough on clothes, it stays a lot longer. 4 out of 5 from me.
I love the fragrance of Edition Blanche. One of my favorite perfumes. And also one of the most chosen. My fear may be the Chanel discontinue this perfume wonder.
I've never gravitated towards Chanel but on my last visit. I smelled Anteaus and instantly fell in love. I will make a point to smell this one on my next "unplanned" trip 😎

I love the EDT. For some reason, the EDP doesn't quite smell the same to me. Then I started reading about how other people were saying the same thing. Also, longevity is different as well.
EDT is the best thing I have smelled. Now I try to to get it from Ebay, as it is discontinued
@@levanabrzeni edt is lovely and unique as it has pink pepper note that drive me mad. I bought it when it was released in 2008 or 2009. Recently I bought the edp but I haven't used yet.
When you said you were at the beach blasting all time low with the windows down and it made you feel amazing... I felt that hard. There’s certain scents and certain music that brings you back to memories you’ll never get back. It’s a crazy feeling.

I know what you mean about having a hard time finding it in other stores. This is one of the few brands that's very tough to find at discount outlets. Even when you do find them at discounters, they are still expensive. lol

I purchased this and when you spray this on it's "powerful" two sprays max only .The lemon scent at the opening is strong damn near weapons grade when I apply it. Beautiful fragrance though I bought it based upon an earlier review of Steven's .
I've loved edition Blanche since it came out plus I always get loads of compliments my favorite thing about spring and summer is edition Blanche

Depeche Obsessed they only make EDP now from what I understand and I've also heard the edt and EDP performance was about the same. Scentwise they're identical.

It is the most tasty and sophisticaed lemon cream pie scent I have. I think, however, the vanilla sweetness comes a little too short and it's too onedimensional. It is reliable in a sense because the drydown won't catch you off guard in any way either. What I love about Allure EB and Allure Homme Sport EE is that they are likeable throught out the whole drydown. Very pleasant and there are no notes which are annoying. So you can really spray a lot and never suffocate yourself (which is the most critical aspect when avoiding overspraying).
8/10 for Allure Homme Edition Blanche. 9.5/10 for AHSEE.

Richie 3000 Well, Allure Homme Sport Eau Extreme happens to be one of my most complimented fragrances, so if that's considered crappy to you then I don't know what to tell you. It may not be some master formulation but it gets the job done and that's all that matters. I don't trust people's opinions when they can't even spell properly.
+Chaos Descent Same here. it happens to be one of my favorite fragrances together with The original AHS. I know it's definitely not the best fragrance in the world, but unlike most people, I honestly like it better than Edition Blanche. In fact, I always found edition blanche overrated, I don't get the hype for it to be honest. I've never been a fan of lemon-based fragrances. Plus, lemon note has always been kind of generic, so technically it's not that unique. It is definitely overrated.
Chaos Descent that's your opinion, and for the record I'm from France, english is not my first language, please don't talk when you don't know the hole thing, maybe I'm not a fragrance expert but I have about 70 fragrances, had Allure Eau Extreme and sold it quickly, can't stand it, respect others opinion before talking, I didn't insult anyone as you did before talking about my spelling!!

Leo10 lol honestly I have parfum in the mail as we speak. The edp is so good that I’m blind buying the parfum. Like most videos state if you wante a better projecting fragrance but the edt/ edp. If you want a softer yet longer lasting fragrance buy the parfum. But if you remind me in a few days I’ll for sure let you know which I like better

Good review, Steven. I haven't smelled the Blanche edition but I will now that you dissected the pinpoints quite well. I do own Chanel Allure Homme Sport Eau Extreme and that has garnered me so many compliments. The girls go absolutely crazy when I wear it to the gym lol. 😁 do you think the Blance edition is better than Eau Extreme?
This is the fragrance that made me start this journey. This video is the very first video that I watched from you and it is also the very first fragrance related video that I watched from UA-cam. By the way, I saw many comparisons online about the EDT and EDP of this cologne. I only have the EDP and it does not project that much(although it is my favorite fragrance). What a great and subtle review. Spot on. Top notch. Love this fragrance. My personal summer fragrance (lime, pine-apple) is CEDRAT BOISE by MANCERA. The Price is almost similar in Europe 😀💪🏽👊
I love this and Frapin L'humaniste for warm weather.Unfortunately I do not get decent performance from either.Allure Sport Eau Extreme performs much better.

great video.. This one has been a classic in the community, however something about chanel fragrances just stop working well on my skin. it smells bold at first and great but they just really fizzle out on my skin to nothing. Never get compliments with them and usually no one smells them on me either. Add that to the never discounted prices of chanel and I kind of just gave up on the house.. I think they reformulate or something and they just lose their balls. Great smelling fragrance though.

Now about the fragrance.
Currently, Edition Blanche is my favorite to go casual and well dressed in summer.
I don't use it in sports context, I wear Terre D'Hermes Eau Tres Fraiche for that.
In think it's very difficult that some day I replace them for hot weather.
very unique citrus.... i love it. I actually love AHS, AHSEB, AHSC... everyone of them has usage.
This one is the elegant one but you can wear it casualy.. thats great.
I hate that no retailer near me sells it, not even Macys. My only option is to buy it from the Chanel website.

Just got my first ever decant of Edition Blanche, at first it smells like a slightly toned down Dior Eau Sauvage Parfum. Need to wait a few hours and see what the dry down smells like

EDT Concentree... you cant buy it since like 5 years already. What you'll get now is EDP and that one is different in some way.

All I get from this is lemon cleaning spray, and no other notes but lemon. I much prefer Acqua Viva to this which ended my search for a creamy, woodsy and lemon fragrance.
I’ve worn Fahrenheit for 25 years as my go-to scent for most occasions. There have been a few others peppered in here and there for short time periods but only Fahrenheit has stuck with me. I finally decided a few weeks ago to find a new go-to signature scent. After a pretty exhausting search, I found Edition Blanche. I work in a major retail chain that sells most all luxury fragrances so I’m lucky enough to be around this stuff at work. The only way I was changing from Fahrenheit is if a scent was unique, and this one is for sure! Not only that but it’s the kind of fragrance that really makes you feel good. It’s uplifting and positive. It’s not the kind of fragrance that will give you a headache and choke out a room full of people (like Joop was). I can’t believe I’m finally retiring Fahrenheit.

I use my EDT bottle in the winter! Climate i live in is cool and dry plus i work in an office so it wont affect performance. I read some blend this with Ultra Zest. I'll have to try that for this summer. My batch code is 6201 April 2012. Over 3/4 full. I use this sparingly but might start using it more for 2017.

Which one do you prefer for the summer, Dior homme cologne (2013) or chanel? I have heard that the current EDP version is weaker than the EDT you reviewed so performance should be simillar to DIOR

The lingering scent the edp leaves on clothes is absolutely amazing. I traded it for the edt, which is also good, but I regret it.

Dope review. Not sure if you've gotten your nose on L.12.12 Jaune(Yellow) by Lacoste but I think its a decent, affordable alternative to Edition Blanche. Its not as lush and creamy as Blanche but I think it does the job.

Is this the EDT OR EDP?
I’ve heard many say the edt last longer and doesn’t really fade into a lighter scent. Also have heard the edp smells way more of lemon but fades away real fast. Maybe you can help me out. 🙏
Was at the airport in Boston today and stopped by the Duty Free and saw it, and was like should I get it since I never see it anywhere close to home? Since my bday is on the 4th my awesome girlfriend picked it up for me as a early bday gift from the kids ☺️. Ha. Going to Seattle next week for a weeklong getaway, this will Be cologne for the week.
