Simple Explanation of useSate : useState(0) function/ hook returns a array of variable with value 0 and a function to update the value of variable so we have to accepet the array like that { const [value, setValue] = useState(0) } destructuring array is used to pickout the value from the given array by useState so whenever the setValue function is call with a new argument the value varibale is alter all over the dom
