The WalkingPad A1 Pro is a treadmill that we recommend using primarily under a standing desk. It doesn’t have handles or uprights to hold onto so it is best to place under a desk while you work. The A1 Pro is a small treadmill that can fit under most desks and work in most office settings.
Being from WalkingPad, the A1 Pro folds in half and it can be moved around pretty easily. It only weighs 62 lbs so it’s easy to wheel around. It also is only 5” tall when folded so it can be rolled under a bed or couch when you’re not using it.
The A1 Pro is said to have a 300 lb weight limit, however, we recommend it for people up to 220 - 230 lbs considering this treadmill’s compact size. It is the same size as other treadmills like the WalkingPad C2 which has a 220 lb limit.
The brushless motor is quiet and nondisruptive so we recommend the WalkingPad A1 Pro to use in most spaces. The motor goes up to 3.75 mph so it’s best for walking only. This speed might not seem very fast, but it is great for walking at your desk. I only walk at about 1.5-2 mph at my desk.
The console is an LED panel that is built into the motor hood. It displays your time, distance, speed, steps, and estimated calories. You just have to look down at the motor hood to see where you’re at while using the A1 Pro. A handheld remote comes included to control the treadmill and to start and stop the belt. You can also connect your phone to the free KS Fit App to adjust the treadmill, too.
While the WalkingPad A1 Pro isn’t best for long-distance use, it is great for working and walking at your desk. We recommend looking into it if you’re looking for a compact, storable under-desk treadmill.

I bought one for over $400 and it is super heavy. I don't like keeping it under the desk because it sticks out of the desk and I trip on it. It is really too heavy to keep moving it around. I wish I would have read more reviews on storage and the weight of this thing. It seems to be good quality but I would recommend putting it in a location that is stationary. I don't have that big of an area so it is rather inconvenient for me.
This model only weighs 25kg that’s not heavy
@@user-zw7wu2gg6k Obviously that is subjective.
When you have same table as she has. You can slide folded treadmill below the table it fits perfectly... i rest my legs on it while sitting on chair .)
The maximum speed is fine for this considering it's intended for walking. The average human walking speed is about 3 miles an hour, so that's completely fine for most people.
Thanks for the review! I'm 5' 10" and have a bit of a wider stance. I'm not sure that the (approx) 16" deck will be wide enough. Can anyone speak to this? Has it been a pain point for a pad like this one? The wider pads tend to cost significantly more. Thanks!
Thank you for the video!!
I saw a comment where you said you were choosing the A1 Pro instead of the C2, can you tell me the reason? I also checked your review on your website and couldn't find the answer. Thanks in advance!
Hi! Thank you for the review. I was wondering what standing desk that you are using in this video? I’ve been looking for one & this looks to be a good height
This looks like the one from Costco.
Looks like desk sold on the WalkingPad website.
What's "a long period of time" for use? 2-3 hours a day a lot? Or not? I'd be looking to walk for atleast 1 hour continuously every day, sometimes more... Is it suitable for that kind of use?
Where can i activate the no load stop feature?
is it okay to use with barefoot? is it getting hot while using?
Is there an emergency stop feature?
Do you know minors on carpet ?
Is the walking audio being captured through the lav on your shirt?
Yes it is.
I loved this, but now when I am walk it stops at time and I hit my head a couple of times and now scared to use it. Has anyone else had this issue and if so what did you do to fix it?
I have the x21 best investment ever for small space and busy daily schedule
That's great! Thanks for sharing!
HEY ! do you use it for running/jogging also ? how good is it ? thanks for your feedback
Is it noisy?
how tall is she? not sure if it was mentioned & i just missed it
I'm 5'1"
@3.24 the stickers says max. Capacity is 300 lbs , when I look at the Amazon europe site info etc. it al says 230 lbs.
Is there a different model to choose from?
from what I've seen for the USA there's one with 300 LBS but for all others the max is 230 so I think they made a separate model for the US >.>
Is this worth getting over the walking pad C2?
We like both, however, the C2 is a tad quieter. We've had the C2 longer and it has handled a lot of use well for us. We haven't had the A1 Pro for as long, so we can't quite speak to the durability. Both are good compact under desk treadmills though.
@@TreadmillReviewGuru Great reviews - any change in opinion on the C2 vs the A1 Pro based on noise level / build quality? Thanks!
@@TreadmillReviewGuru hi! have any concerns arised from using it after the 3+ months since dropping this review? I'm leaning towards picking this one up over the c2 due to it having the 300lb weight limit
Can you job on it? I know it only goes upto 6km. But is it strong enough for a light jog?
Thank you ❤
Can the display be set to kilometers?
Depends on where you're from. In the EU and the rest of the world, it's kilometers. The U.S it's miles. But I believe you can change it through the app.
So.. this or the c2?
Personally, I would pick this one over the C2
@@TreadmillReviewGuru any specific reason for that? Does the A1 also have a step counter?
After a month, how is it doing?
Doing great! Still working and holding strong.
You stopped using the c2?
Why don't you talk about the Fan speed noise after walking on it for 3 minutes its so loud
