This is very clever. When o called LG about the machine not doing 1400RPM with small light loads, I did this with them and their computer system was able to tell them when I last did a wash, when I turned the machine on, how much I put in, how long the machine was on for, what spin speeds it was doing. Water levels, How much load was on the motor and when I turned the machine on/off etc. very clever indeed. They even can tell if you have overloaded the machine, even if the machine had managed to complete the cycle without issues.
Wow I never knew they could do that, it would be good for them to make it a feature on the ThinQ app so we could see everything, would be very interesting!
