Great interview. Coach DeBoer is very well spoken. I hope Bama and Tennessee are undefeated when they meet!
DeBoer is the real deal. If I'm a recruit and want to play and win at an elite level I'm playing for him and The Tide.
The fun the team is having is wild. It's such a stark contrast to the feel of the Sabans last couple seasons. There was some serious pressure on those squads. I don't feel that as much. Still much to learn but I am excited now....RTR!!!

What a wild game with Georgia. I stopped watching at like 28-0 (I think). What a wild turn of events. Great game. Those are the big boys in the SEC. Maybe my Razorbacks can pull one over on Tennessee this week.

Coach D and OC Sheridan better learn that you don’t throttle back on a team like Georgia or any other team in the SEC for that matter. I know that Georgia made necessary adjustments at halftime. However, Bama did not come out and play the second half with the same intensity as they did in the first and it almost cost them the game .
@tonyyelverton92 Really should watch some coaches breakdown the film. The first half Ga allowed Bama to realign and unbalance the OL to one side all night in the first half, and it was odd, Ga didn’t match the fronts and Bama took countless free run plays and subsequent TDs by Milroe. The second half, Bama didn’t pressure and played prevent. Esentially it wasn’t keep the pedal to the metal, there was no defensive adjustements be either team each half, and it made players flat footed.
Sec is just different,I think they now really know that.
I knew we was going to win didn't see the 1st half going down like that but I kept saying that's Kirby the next saban I knew it wasn't over I told everyone give him a shot he's good it's proving

We have a great coach. I’ve honestly thought with his background, the talent CNS recruited, the players that followed him from Washington, that says a lot. CNS said after winning a natty during his first years. “It’s not the end, it’s just the beginning!” Here we are in 2024….beginning. I think those 17 years were pretty great and a lot found football relevant again. Coach DeBoer has made a great start. Excited for the future! Roll🐘Tide. All day,every day…….

It’s ga. Probably the hardest team in college football to run the ball against. I do agree we should have tried to more at least though
At the very least don’t have the guys running up to the line of scrimmage snapping the ball with 25 seconds left on the clock when you’re up multiple scores with 5 min left in the game.

Coach DeBoer loses Bond and Downs, perseveres to get Williams back, turns a coal into a diamond in Milroe, creates a culture of winning - all while replacing a Legend. This guy is the real deal. It’s not luck to go out and beat Georgia. Takes culture, planning, and execution. Takes great coaching.

I agree, I love Saban but he was a more conservative coach that prepared his players for the NFL and Those QB,s don’t run the ball they pass. He wanted Milroe to pass, he didn’t want him running, not to mention he could get hurt. Deboer unleashed the beast in Milroe by designed QB runs and let’s him decide weather to run or not. Saban didn’t allow that and that’s why he was sacked so many time last year. You won’t see that this year. But don’t get me wrong, Saban still the goat…….for now. Lol Rol tide

ROLL TIDE! Love coach Deboar. Not just anyone can do it, but it’s no coincidence the two goats did it at Alabama, and having Saban around for this transition, if we can finish the year successful I can see a world where recruiting stays strong and the Dynasty continues with Coach Deboers touch on it.
I have a lot of faith in Deboer but he needs to learn how to finish games, use clock and don't let up.
The one thing I want to say is we have good running backs so with a lead like that use them and don't get cute trying to run the score up when it was already up

I loved Saban, but I really like Deboer he’s such a humbled coach, nothing against Saban but I believe Deboer turned Milroe from a weapon to the duel threat ultimate weapon he is now.
All I have to say is it’s only the first quarter of the season and you still have the rest of the season before we can say who is truly the best team in the Nation…ESPN slow down your breaks still more important football left.

The second half was a complete breakdown of Alabama coaching. Terrible clock management on offense and the DC put NO pressure on the Georgia QB. The score never should have been that close. Hopefully the coaching staff learned something from that.
