  • Hi folks!
Thanks for tuning in here. I have so much content on my hard drive and thought I would put together a look back at some of my fond memories over the past few years.
So many highlights and some, many of you may remember but this is just a look back at a few of my favorites.
Life has had me busy with STOL Drag, family and so much more, not to mention flying always slows down for me a bit in the winter given my real life business, www.alaskaheliski.com. I really enjoy making these if for no other reason than a look back for myself.
Please drop a comment, share this video if you like it and subscribe to my channel.
We are off to the Copper State fly-in here in a few weeks (Feb 16-20, 2022) in Buckeye Arizona. If your in the area, please come say hello!
I know some of you hate the music and simply want to hear the aircraft, so with this one I did a little bit of both. Some music, and some clips of just the pure sound of the aircraft. Anyhow, this is a bit of a longer one.
Sit back and I hope you enjoy it!
    Cheers
    Kevin

I love to watch you and the boys fly Kevin but the pure joy of flying is most pronounced by the look on your daughters face with her arms outstretched as wings. I used to ride my Schwinn Stingray with no hands and my arms straight out so I could fly. Cheers, G

    Hi Kevin,
Great video! I hope you and your family are doing great? I think my favorite would be seeing the smile on your 's and your kids face. I can still remember my sons first flight, he couldn't stop smiling. I was a nervous reck because I let him go up with a friend of mine in an ultralight. My wife wanted to kill me lol.
    Thank you for sharing.
    Take care,
    Be safe.

Great video! It really captures the sense of adventure that tailwheel flying in a STOL aircraft allows. You, and others motivated me to get my tailwheel endorsement last year. Maybe after making my "millions" working in Silicon Valley I'll be able to buy a nice little STOL taildragger. Until that time I will live vicariously through your videos.

I’ve been wanting to do this for so long. I still think that in my area, a helicopter is more practical but these videos are souring me into action. Now I’m scratching my head wondering how to get started.

Kevin beautiful landscapes and beautiful planes. As often as I have watched the Flying Cowboys and their StoL planes it just hit me tonight. Most planes wheels are really close to the airframe of the plane. Does that offer more control and it must require greater shocks? I subscribe to Mike Patey, Corey Robina and Trent Palmer. Most of you all have your own channels. For some reason your channel was sent to my suggested to watch. Thanks for all you do for the STOL and Backcountry Flying community.

What a great montage Kevin. I especially like seeing the young bloke along for the ride at 20:45. I bet he hates missing out on any chance to hitch a ride.

Very nice clip to enjoy ... At the same time interesting to see the skills of your pilots. You maneuver your machines with great skill. Can assume that there are those who sometimes damage a wingtip or propeller. Looking forward to more clips in the future.
