Something has felt off-putting about watching people call for a ceasefire, and I think it's because a ceasefire is not enough. There comes a point where the only option is to use force. Those who have the capability to stand up to Israel should not be calling for ceasefire, but meeting force with force

Never. Such a court is located somewhere and influenced by interest of that place where its located. At this point such a court is in EU and its basically extended hand of political agenda of EU and USA. Simmilar to many european courts are directly the extension of EU structures and will never rule against EU in significant matter. And if you would move such court elsewhere, they will be either controlled by that other state/multination structire) (if you move it to China or Russia), or that state will become unstable, uprising and coups will happen and then it will be in dire need of some USA military assistence until their ruling is complicit.
There is different question we should ask - why should we care about that? Palestinian state doesnt have any form of peace because they (after several lost wars they started) refused any deal with Izrael (and Izrael tried. And offered favorable deals). Palestinian state authonomy since their existence focused all their effort towards terrorism against Izrael. And not just high level politicians, it was widely supported by 'civilian' populace and its democratically voted direction they would take as a nation. No improvement to infrastructure, no dealing with imminent problems they had, no diplomatical relationship with Izrael, just beg for foreign humanitary aid to survive and direct all free resources to terrorism. Couldnt care less if civilians die over there. And simmilar can be said about many other wars happening currently or in the last 10 years.

It is very difficult for me to understand that the world allows something like this to happen in this day and age. Apart from the fact that Israel, of all people, is doing to the people of Gaza what they themselves have experienced and have sworn never to do again! It's interesting how the Western nations, of all people, governed when this started with Ukraine and how they govern in relation to Gaza, when what is happening in Gaza cannot be compared with what is happening in Ukraine. I find it very difficult to understand this and to remain calm.
