Can we use a kohl pencil for the first step .....I guess it would be much in control to achieve identical shapes in both eyes

Rizwana Mansuri definitely :) you can use anything :) I like to use a gel liner as I find this lasts longer as most gel liners are waterproof and smudge proof but a pencil or liquid liner will deff achieve the same result :) xx
