The Swan, work by french composer Camille Sain-Saëns as part of the Divertimento "The carnival of the animals" original for violoncello and piano, here in a solo guitar version made by kazuhito Yamashita(1982), with some harmonic modifications made by myself, according to the original by Sain -Saëns. One of the things I love about your playing of this piece is that you weren’t tremolo picking. I’ve seen several videos where the guitarist uses tremolo picking and I think that actually detracts from the song. Antonio’s rendition allows for the notes to breathe allowing for more emotional impact. His touch is fantastic and he packs lots of soul into this song. I wish I could play like that.

"Too fast for you"...this piece on a guitar needs some speed in order keep the dying sound in shape so to speak.Besides I don´t need to listen to YoYo MA to understand the piece...how absurd...
