If you get a chance, try for seaducks in Seldovia, Alaska. Long-tails, Surf and White -Wing Scoters, Eiders (Stellar's - illegal to shoot but saw a number of them), and lots of Harlequins. Awesome.
Drake pintail and wigeon, got a hen pintail this year, she came in with 2 mallards and my brother and I got all 3 birds, I've never even seen a pintail before in my area so now I want a drake
@@BadAssBassFishermen No I was saying that Pennsylvania gets pintail or wigeon but I’ve never gotten one. Honestly idk about Harleys, I’ve never seen one personally and I haven’t heard of anyone else seeing them either. Who knows!
It is not clear when your trip was, but you posted this a year ago. Please note that as of the 2022-2023 season it has been illegal to hunt harlequin ducks in Washington state.

the top bird that I haven't been able to get yet is a pintail. I've been close to getting shots at them but not close enough.
if you have an opportunity to hunt in northern california youll get one every day you hunt damn near.
