I love these paints! I have a twelve set I got for Valentine's Day (instead of candy, but come on these are so lovely and cute to look at). Though my set was still labeled as FineTec. They are so shiny and fun! I also like using them in coloring books 😊

I love the emotion in the final piece and Happy late Valentine's Day Kaaty! Can do a video on if a person doesn't have watercolor paints, can you learn watercolor with markers, I mean water based markers. Maybe make a video on staring practice drawings before going to a finished piece?

I wonder why the rebranded them into Coliro for the US, in Germany they're still called FInetec. Or is Coliro a US company that just buys theri stock form Finetec?

from what i founs coliro is a different company that is just selling the product. oddly enough the blurb on the main page of their website advertises that these are finetec products.also judging by other properties including the .de domain and mention of the deutsche post in one of their info pages its likely they are also a german company.. possibly they are handling finetecs products outside of germany.

I think there still called Fintec here in Australia.

The manufacturer of the Pearlcolors is still the Finetec GmbH, but we have decided to sell under coliro as brand name.
Since the end of 2016 other colors - which look very similar to the colors of the Finetec GmbH - are manufactured by a competitor who also uses the brand name Finetec. These colors have nothing to do with those of the Finetec GmbH that produces these Pearlcolors since 2005. To avoid this confusion we have finally decided to switch our brand name to coliro.
