Thanks for including Finnland & Iceland. I think it makes the League system more interesting. I would have liked it a lot if you would have included the Faroer Islands as well
now you need to make ex-yugoslavian league, slovenia, croatia, bosnia and herzegovina, serbia, montenegro and n.macedonia, maybe even include bulgaria, greece and albania and call it balkan league. would be cool to see
First of all, as already mentioned this should be called Nordic Super League and also include Faroe Islands. It also seems really weird that there is only one swedish team in the top division from the start. Surely teams like AIK, Djurgården and maybe some more should have higher reputation than some teams in the top division. Writing this before watching so lets see if it evens out over time. Also I personally would have tried to mix up the third tier groups more with other than norwegian teams too. Have been thinking of creating something similar myself. Playing with Djurgården at the moment.
Hello, thank you I'm already aware that it should've been called the Nordic super league, that was my mistake. I do deeper research now so looking back I would've made it better (maybe a remake in the future) I positioned the clubs in the league system via the reputation rating, I was surprised with the ratings of the Swedish clubs. Yeah in hindsight I should've included less Norwegian clubs. Anyway I hope you enjoy 😃 Good luck with that 👍
@@FMChallenger sure did enjoy it, so no big critisism. Also the reputating part of it was an eye opener. I, as a swede, took for granted the reputation would be more even between the big three countries.
Looking forward to this, managing Stenungsund in Sweden, went from a part time club and just finished 4th in the Swedish Premier, losing so much money every month though :(
Great idea. 😀Just to be "that guy": What you have done is not creating a Scandinavian League but a Nordic League, since Iceland and Finland is not a part of Scandinavia but belong to the Nordic countries (along with the Faroe Islands and Greenland). Apart from that, this save definitely shows that my favorite team Brøndby IF continues to be underrated in FM at the start (but they seem to improve later in this save). Bodø Glimt also seems to be underrated, even if their top players in FM are extremely highly rated - it seems FM can't handle recruitment well. FC København's performance is also weird. When I play the Danish Superleague they are usually way too strong compared to real life the first couple of seasons, but they tend to drop a lot later, so again it seems FM can't handle recruitment very well. EDIT: I hadn't seen the whole video before I wrote the above. Brøndby is definitely not underrated later in the save, rather the opposite. FCK seems to be under performing a lot later in the save and I have no idea why Lyngby suddenly start improving? FM is... weird. 🤣
Yeah apologies about that, I'm glad I've learnt now that there is a clear difference now between Scandivanian and Nordic. Seven in a row for Brondby was sensational and yeah FC Kobenhavn were underwhelming
Who really is the biggest Nordic club though in real life? As an Englisman I get the impression that Sweden has the strongest league but Rosenberg has the biggest reputation followed by Gothemburg? I have no idea what the reality is, these are just the thoughts that have been imprinted on my brain. I only manage smaller clubs when I play in these countries.
Norway probably got the best depth currently, and Denmark currently the best teams right now. Historically Sweden got the most to show for, but they have been kind of not performing so well over the past couple of decades since the glory days of IFK Göteborg. The only Scandinavian team to win European titles winning the UEFA Cup in 1982 and 1987.

Next time I do it I'll rename it Nordic Super league and I will include at least one Faroese club 😀

That sounds like a great idea! I'll get that sorted over the coming weeks 😀
Love this dude thanks for the video ive just started a save with AGF love the Nordic countries
You're welcome, I'm glad you enjoyed it and good luck with AGF! 😀

@@juLLLe82 I'm glad you enjoyed it 😀, you're not the only one to think that

Wow that sounds like a very interesting save! Hope you do well mate
Balkan+ Turkey league, The Americas Super league could be two more good concepts

Maybe an odd idea.. but what if you put a North African league (Morocco, Tunisia, Algeria, Libya, Egypt) in Gibraltar's place?
North African league sounds great, I'll add it to the list! I think a bigger league will be needed 😀
Great idea but it should have been named Nordic league due Scandinavia only including some of the countries
mate great video!
is it possible to download the file?
Still processing the fact that KFUM started in 3rd division
It was all sorted by reputation. Don't blame me blame Football Manager 😀
that's the Nordics though, Scandinavia is only Denmark, Sweden, and Norway

I'm not 100% sure tbh, if I was to guess I'd say it's between Fc Copenhagen, Rosenborg and Malmo! But I'm probably completely wrong 🤣

Finland isn't Scandinavian but love the concept!
Sorry about that, but thank you for clarifying that for me and I'm glad you enjoyed the video 😀
BeNeLux league next?
Perhaps in the future 😀
ginger kratos
Haha thank you mate, Unfortunately I haven't got 1% of his strength though 😅
