OH GOOD LORD DEAR ZACHARY. I have never just ugly sobbed brokenly for hours after watching something. For a while after if I saw even a clip or talk about it I would just cry? So depressed.
Honestly, my biggest thing to get past dating anxiety about wasting time is viewing everything as a growth experience? Only date people who make you want to improve yourself, experience new things etc., so even if things go south you don’t go home empty handed.

Idk this stuff is all so hard. I felt so horrible about dating for years. Never really dated anyone until i was 23 and never seriously dated anyone until i was 25. I never felt good about my body and honestly still kinda dont? but when I was 25 I freak out of nowhere met the love of my life and we have been together ever since. She makes all the things that I really hated about myself a little easier to swallow. Basically I'm saying this because, you dont have to change anything about yourself/do specific things/act a certain way to find love. Sometimes it just happens.
