Yes some older funko pop do not have the funko logo on top. We can always cross check with other Funko collector who has the same older Funko pop to verify it 😀
I have Bayley #39...it scans correctly on funko app, but doesn't have the serial # sticker on the back, but there's numbers engraved that starts with FM. Ordered from Amazon
If there is number engraved in the box it should be real. You try to match the number with the number on the figurine. For real Funko pop the numbers will match

Hmmmm older Funko, will have to buy at own risk. I think one way to read the review of the seller. If the seller sells fake Funko I believe the purchaser will give honest review.
Can someone help I baught a Funko but the box colour is faded a little but it has all Funko logos everywhere wher it should be and it has a serial number and the figure has the Funko trade mark and there is no defect
The serial number will usually be embossed or sticker pasted under the box or printed on the box. These are the 3 ways Funko usually indicate the manufacturing date

I'm pretty sure most older vaulted funko's don't have that logo, I have a 01 poprocks that also doesn't have it

Hmmm should be real, Funko do manufacture in Vietnam. May be you can verify it at the Funko store
