Don't think it'll be that good on defense though. 2.5 is too zoomed in and 1x has like no range.

As someone who’s played for 7+ years this a huge win, I’ve been hating the meta the last few years just run n gun. Im good at run n good but it still hurts the gameplay
I bet people are gonna start using the 1.5x thinking its 1.5x still 😂

imo its actually a good shape for a sight: it is clean, has a small dot and doesn’t take up half of the screen, even tho is a 2.5x

One thing i like now, that people are actually gonna have a preference on what attachments to use, it wont just be vertical grip flash hider, with an 1,5 it will be somewhat different now
People did have prefs. I really preferred angled grip for ADS speed. This game changes shit so often it’s almost like they don’t want consistency anymore
@@dreeph Yeah exactly. Idk if this will sound somewhat relevant to the subject but like, why even remove cooking nades, it was actually a good mechanic, you needed some sort of skill for it, why remove it. (im just yapping 😝)

mozzie is like, no shotgun, recoil nerf, mag nerf on a gun with 20 bullets, and now they took this 1.5, ppl are going to run the commando, then ubi is going to nerf the commando, were officially back to the cycle
commando was preferred before the 1.5 existed

first time in a long time that im actually excited about a new siege season
the T5 is gonna get so strong, its already got no recoil so using a 1x, horizontal grip and laser would be crazy
Couldn't be more happy the ACOG is coming back, so keen for year 9
This is the most pleased I've been about a siege patch since about 2019
i’m a new gen player, and i’m honestly kinda excited for 1x and Acogs. don’t get me wrong, i use a 1.5x when it’s available, but i feel like it’s gonna be nice to not have to deal with teammates only picking ops for the sight.
Reload speed will be there for people who still wanna do a run and gun meta being able to push and reload faster than everyone would help with that aswell as those who still wanna play mozzie to make up for only having 1X scopes give them a faster reload to make up for the nerf
I love the idea with the videos but it would be so nice when you do for example 1 video with angled grip ironsight and laser and after that some clips woth the weapon
maverick M4 and AK74 iron sights are clean too
I think for the throwables thing they should show where it lands, not the trajectory path, because for one it just clutters you screen, and two it takes the realism out of throwables. I think only showing where it lands is the better alternative if they are going to add something like that into the game.

I wanna go back to OG siege where everyone had an ACOG...incl jaegar and bandit
i feel like there's gonna be an iron sight meta with pure speed and we're only going to see zero, nomad, fenrir, bandit, iana on the board
If they don't do a bit of recoil rework, some guns are gonna be unusable with acog. 1.5 could let you use magnification on high recoil guns without recoiling to the ceiling. Finka LMG for example, usuable with 1.5 probably not so much with acog. That being said, I am curious to see if it feels like OG siege, played since year 1, would love to see it come back.
A crazy change would be if they updated all the iron sights into more useable ones. Some like r4c or the mpx have dookie iron sights
3 speed + horizontal grip + ironsights + laser might be diabolical
They should have kept the angled and added 2 different grips because now there’s no way to increase ads speed, but different weapons like smgs have faster times than an ar putting most attackers at a disadvantage, angle should have stayed, same with the laser shotguns will be much worse
Mp7 has a vertical grip as default. was never able to change it an any of the season.

the one setup i want to try aside from r4c and mp5 acog is mp7 with iron sight, laser and horizontal grip, and actual cod build but i think it'll be fire

the thing I don't like is how universal ads are slowed I feel like ubi expects us to hold angles like defenders do but on attack. also the azami nerf could've been handled better imo. should've had a timer making the kunai barricades self break ever 30 or something like that on top of shooting them because being exposed for 2 mags trying to break azamis just seems like a death sentence especially on a place like clubhouse rafters
yes, they are trying to push us out of the tdm meta and return to a meta more based on utility and communication

The leaker Frax said that there will be only 2 new operators this entire year, we will get a rework to recruit so he will be playable in ranked. Old maps such house, hereford, oregon will aparrently return this year with night maps.

Nah. Not every op without 2.5x is bad now… a lot of people wouldn’t even use 2.5 for their play stile.
