I think that Ken has a connection to coldsore related to their Dayton origins, and hoetel has Ken working scenes just as he had Dusty working the scenes. Think about it Trisha keeps saying she's training Tishsa and Dusty in the gym but they don't show any results. Y'all know well Tishsa ain't working out nowhere she could barely move right to left when Mel's trainer asked them to do exercises last year. I suspect some bs is happening behind the scenes.
