It would be best if you tried canvas on all three methods. The second pair of shoes came out best, not only because of the toothpaste but because they are not canvas like the rest. So if you’re going to try three different methods, the three pairs of shoes should be very similar in material and dirt.
Hi there! We used Pearlie White (a Singapore toothpaste brand) Other toothpastes should work too, as long as it's not coloured as coloured ones might stain the shoes. Hope the video helps 😊
This was an inconsistent study, as the toothpaste was not tested on the same type of material as the other two shoes. Leather and cloth are different materials and will not respond equally.
This not a good test, there weren’t the same material. Canvas is more difficult to clean. Also you forgot the vinegar and dish soap for the baking soda method! The baking soda is good for stain lifting and grit and vinegar disinfect and cleans. You add dish soap removes dirt and grease and grime. Make a baking soda and white vinegar paste then spread add some soapy water and it’s magic

Try toothpaste on cloth shoes just like the other 2 shoes. Cleaning leather is always easier than cloth shoes.
true even water alone and scrubbing can clean them

Thanks for the heart! I appreciate the effort and work you put into the test though! Great job!
