For smaller players, a rough rule of thumb is, use at most 3 layers of your highest Siege (T10-T12 preferably for gold subs). Total power more than 3 times the power of subs. Get L5 or higher siege monarch gear. This should be enough to do this without loss. Once your general reaches L20, add stars and then attach an assistant who also needs to be levelled. They both get benefit from the sub attacks
Another tip is to send your new general into a sub city, then go to battlefield such as BOC, BOG, etc and do your battle. Make sure you tick both sub city automatic fight and accept reinforcements. After a few times in the battle field, your generals in sub city will level up.

we have Gold Europes for Server use, for leveling and borrowing to start builds but must generally remain unoccupied. I couldn't see risking dropping a historic city, would just go slower on a gold. Maybe setup bluestacks macro to rinse and repeat... but 9M per hit is enticing...

They only need up to tier 12 siege. when i got access to tier 12 siege i quickly pushed my mounted generals to match my monarch level. I also focused on my monarch level over getting other things done. My alliance had players double my keep build, but because i was monarch level 37 i could kill bosses with the best of them. I also was able to get cultivation 500 on all 4 levels. Our server had a scammer. He sold his main to another player in the same alliance. Given the new owner trusted him the email/pw was not changed. Just after the new player purchased a good amount of packs, the scammer logged back in, transferred a ton of rss out while the new owner was sleeping. The next day we got all the info about the purchases in whisper. So the scammer was kicked from our alliance. we then sent the info to every other alliance leader. By the end of the day everyone knew what he did. He was the first KOS on our server. No alliance leader took him in because anyone that took in a KOS becomes KOS. Anyone that traded with him becomes KOS. When he tried to build his own alliance it got burned down every time. Name changes did not work because we got his ID. over a few weeks the server took a few of his subs. I got my first gold sub (china) from that Fvcker. Eventually he sold off the second main and left the server. As for the guy that got scammed. He changed the email/pw. The server donated via waybills so much he got more than was taken.
We have a KOS player who was cool at first. He came from another server who we defeated in svs. Funny thing is he was KOS there too. Well, during svs he made racial slurs against every minority on the server in sc. Every few months he would have a meltdown for one reason or another and go rogue, change his name to the "n" word, and attack tiles and small keeps while disrespecting other ethnic groups and minorities Because he can't have his way. Well he made things right and we accepted him in our alliance for a few months during challenge and b o c season. Yesterday he was going for wings and he was doing all right until he got frusbraided and started splatting for points. He was in fourth place and started talking trash in sc and wc And changed his name to the "n" word. He did this because he thought someone was trying to bump him out of top 5....so..... Another player and I decided he wasn't gonna get wings, 😏😈😉
Oh, I'll keep you updated. Bumping this guy out of top 5 was better than zeroing him a thousand times. You think you can do a video on blazons? I just started figuring it out but I'm a visual learner.

I've got 3 habitual kos players, one has proclaimed he will sexually assault women kids, etc... doesn't deny it. Reported him to evony with the citation of their rules they don't care. Other guys are classic idiots it's not my fault your all hate me, the I'm going to kill you and your family and all that stuff. It's like they need a place to scream at the walls for validation

Most of these Evony help videos are for Keeps above 24. Not much Help or Useful info for lower players.
This knowledge applies to keeps of all levels. Keep 24 usually takes about a month or two to pass.
