    1st time I ever played roulette I went to a casino with my uncle. Being the unluckiest person I've ever met he placed $100 on black. Knowing he is wrong 99% of the time I placed all my $500 on red. 45 seconds later the ball stopped on green and I never played roulette again

    Something tell me this was staged by the Casino, as a marketing technique to show the world everyone could be like him to win lots of money in one try.

    • @ChannelJoeE
      @ChannelJoeE 9 років тому +344

      Curtis I I don't think it was staged. Maybe they had arranged so that he won't actually lose the full amount of his bet... Maybe...
      Either way, there is no way the casino could guarantee that the ball will land on Red. It could've just as easily landed on Black or 0. If that happened, staged or not, it would've been a massive derp...and the video would've become a video of what not to do... Hahaha.

    This was a really smart +EV decision by him. Normally If you won, you double up and if you lose you lose it all. In this case, he created a spectacle out of it, that if he lost, he'd recoup a lot of it through interview fees, book deals, etc... Pro gamblers take even small edges, and he created a huge one for himself and took it.

      Not interesting enough for a book deal. Would be hard to write 300+ pages about this two minute event. You would have to spend 98% of the book on the background story of what led to this moment. If interesting enough, maybe. But probably not a market for it. Interview fees? Would never happen. Talk shows do not pay fees unless you are an "A" list actor. And even then, that is rare.

    What this guy did is mathematically the best odds and way to beat the casinos. The best odds you will ever get on a casino game is playing black/red or odd/even on a roulette wheel. Because of the 0 and 00 slots, the odds hitting on red/black or odd/even slots on a roulette wheel is slightly less than 50% (47.4% to be precise). The key is to bet everything you have on that one roulette wheel spin on black/red or even/odd. Win or lose, you’re done....you must walk out of the casino. The casino house edge means that the longer you play (i.e., the more games you play) means that you will lose money. So the best odds a gambler will ever have against the house is the bet one game of roulette for all your marbles, on a 47.4% chance of success.

      I've lost just a few hundred and had it bother me for a few days. But I have to think this guy betting over a hundred thousand was aware what his situation would be if he lost. Would still have his job, his credit, his clothes and living with his parents until he gets back on his feet. Most everyone goes broke once in their life. It's best your young if you do, and hell if your old. He did ok.

    All he did was imagine what he'd feel like when he'd won & then he'd shifted into that reality... The key is letting go & believing you can. How you know that there is no doubt within his mind is when he moved all of the chips onto the table invoking his 'intention', also at this very moment when the Crowd saw that he'd moved all of his chips created a 'Covenant' which is a shared 'Shift' into the reality (multi-verse of possibilities) where he'd won. The 'invocation' started when he chose Red in front of the crowd then climaxed when he'd moved all of his chips because everyone in the crowd was thinking 'I hope he wins'. The only reason the event of 'Winning' takes place is because it is being observed - similar to the 'Particle & Wave' experiment - A group of friends can invoke an 'intention' creating a 'Covenant' which is a shared agreement by rolling a Dice six times & collectively agreeing that 5 will turn up on the fifth roll. You can even count together on each roll & collectively say: 'Five' on the fifth roll.
